[ SOMEONE'S P.O.V. ]

Seeing the two of them from the shadows, It gave me the confirmation that I needed as to why the angel of death wanted to get here.

Earlier, we were on our way from the hunt that we did to enter the portal that leads to the underworld when his highness told me to close it.

Even though I was confuse I still did what he said. The two of us walk, well to be precise it was more like he was leading the way while I was just following behind him, towards where the stream is.

Mystified as of why we were there, I still did not ask and await his command.

When suddenly a figure appeared from behind the trees that was a few meters away from us.

I was on my guard to protect his highness, Asher, from any harm that this girl could do but I soon realized who it was when I got a full view of her face.

Long black hair that reaches her mid back, fair skin that looks so smooth to the touch, a heart shape face and her eyes, those mysterious grey orbs of her that shine's with gladness is no doubt Kaitlin.

For the long years that I've been serving his highness, I've grown accustom to seeing him, staring at his crystal ball with adoration towards a certain someone, just like what he's doing right now.

I had never seen this side of him because whenever we're in the castle, he acts so cold and the aura of authority that he's emitting is so powerful that the others can't help but submit to him.

His highness rarely shows any emotion at all but today seems to be different. At first I didn't understand as to why his highness has a fascination with a certain human but gradually I understood especially since the day, his mark appeared from his left arm

The first time I saw that mark scared me if I were to say honestly. The mark is a circular star shape and on the middle of it is a sun with an inscription all over it.

It was the Heaven's mark but from what I knew about it is that it should have a twin only that it was the opposite of it because the other one shall be the Hell's mark.

The two marks are very dangerous when left alone for it could cause destruction if not controlled well that is why they must always stay close with one other so that their power could be limited.

And it is also well known that the two chosen person who holds it are very close to one another.

Then does that mean that Kaitlin holds the other mark? after all his highness adores her more than the females in our castle and that is something since he never cared for anyone except for her.

I could still remember the day when his majesty, Lucifer, barge in to his highness room just to inform him about the whereabouts of Kaitlin, saying that it was his repayment for what happened 8 years ago which confused me a lot but that news brought hope to his highness, that he even thought of going out on that day just to visit her.

Although his majesty stopped him and said that he is needed in the underworld for the last competition and so his highness gave one of his feather's to me, to deliver it to Kaitlin which I gladly obliged without any question.

The day of my visit to her room, I was mesmerized by her sleeping form and with the help of the illumination of the moon, I saw her beauty that no demon woman ever could compare to, that I almost forgot what my mission was on the first place.

Just when I thought that my mission regarding Kaitlin is already finish, his highness asked me for a favor which I might add, surprised me because all of you should know that his highness is not the type to ask for favors. I mean come on if he just ordered it then everyone is willing to do his bidding but for this? I was completely flabergasted.
