Chapter 5: Restless

Back in the old days,there was already a written prediction about the Two Marks that God had grace upon people.

This marks had started between two brother's namely; Cain and Abel. One holds the mark of righteousness while the other holds the mark of disobedience.

In the bible it is said that God was the one who gave it to Cain when he slew his brother, Abel, but the one that God gave him is not of disobedience instead it was a mark of a murderer

And once Cain was out of Eden, the mark grew more dangerous for that mark attract danger.

Time passes by quickly where Cain is already dead, the mark appeared again but now the Egyptians are the new ruler.

And just like the two brother's who had the mark, Now there are two groups of people who has it but this time it differs for the mark that God gave is the mark of deliverance and destruction.

Again, God's mark held power behind it as he protects the israelites from death using his mark.

The story of the mark continues on after that but it only differs as to what type of mark just like when God's son, Jesus Christ, were born to earth.

God gave him a different mark, it was the Ten Commandments in which the pharisees thought were nothing but fraud and this caused to their deaths.

Until now, God still creates his mark to give people a chance and just like the story it might be two groups of people or maybe two brothers/sisters but God's decision surprise the heaven's when he chose to have a girl and a boy to bear his mark.

It was the mark of Life and Death yet no one knew who holds which one of the marks.

The only thing that the Heaven's knew is that the girl who holds one of that mark is the one which the 7 guardians are protecting.

The 7 never knew that Kaitlin's partner would be the angel of death that's why they were astounded when they say him at the mountains back then.

Not only that, they even saw one another once again when the angel's were in the city looking for the perfect family for Kaitlin to live with.

God never told the angel's the real reason behind this happenings but he made them promise to never tell a soul/creature about it which they obediently obeyed.

But one of their fears were happening, for Kaitlin is slowly becoming aware of the angel of death.

All of them was supposed to be prepared once Kaitlin starts to ask for answers but they couldn't, not when their princess look so innocent even when sleeping.

St Jhudiel quietly close the bedroom door of Kaitlin and exited the cave as well.

"How is she?" St Michael ask as St Jhudiel walk towards the campfire.

"She wants to know him" St Jhudiel answered, directly to the point

"What?!" St Michael exclaim

"I said, she w-"

"We heard you the first time" St Uriel cut in

Sighin, St Jhudiel sit down at one of the logs near the campfire.

"We can't tell her yet" St Sealtiel said

"Even if we did, she'll never remember" St Barachiel reminded

Everyone's attention snap towards St Barachiel as if what he said was ridiculous

"What?" He ask but seeing their confuse face made him sigh "We have to change her memories remember?"
