Chapter 21: Mystery

We've been walking for like 10 minutes to who knows where as I let the stranger, who is guiding me, lead the way.

I tried to ask who he was since his voice was familiar yet not at the same time, making me curious about his identity but instead I got a chuckle and a firm 'No' as he helped me down the car and lead the way.

And now, I'm still stuck with the knowledge of where I am because they won't tell me at all.

I tried using my other senses to see if I could get a clue as to where I am and so far I got nothing useful at all.

Besides from our footsteps on the concrete floor, I can't hear anything. The blindfold is only allowing my view to see some vivid lights while my sense of feeling is not helpful at all cause the only thing that I can focus on is my right hand that my guide is holding at the moment.

As time pass by without me knowing where they are leading me, only made me have mix feelings, excitement and nervousness.

"Are we there yet?" I asked, hoping that we are.

"Just a bit more"

"Where are we?"

"Its a Secret"

"Why am I blindfolded?" I keep trying to get information even though it won't get me anywhere but at least, this beats the silence.

"For a suprise"

"Where are the others?"

"Already there"

"You would only answer my questions on vague are you?"

"Yes, I am" I sighed at his answer.

I could go on and on asking him lots of things that is bothering me but with a vague question? I don't think it would ease me at all.

"Then, Can I ask who you are?" I finally asked the question that has been bothering me for awhile.

"What?" I could hear the amusement in his voice causing me to be embarrassed.

At that, we halted on our tracks as he awaits my explanation.

"Uhm... Well... That..." I squirmed in my place as I try to think of a good explanation but the thing is that, its so hard especially when you can feel his intense gaze towards you even if though you're blindfolded.

"Sorry, it's just that your voice sounds familiar yet not at the same time making me a little confused as to who you are" I explain.

He didn't answer back nor did he made a sound of confirmation to tell me that he understands which only made me so nervous.

My hands were getting clammy and I keep adjusting my weight between my feet as I tried to calm my nerves but it was getting me nowhere at all.

"I'm sorry" Apologizing was the only thing that I can think of.

I was expecting him to scoff or be angry at me but instead I got a surprise as I felt a pair of lips with mine.

Stun at the sudden occurence, my mind became blank as it focus on the person, or most likely the feel of his lips with mine as it he nimble on my lips, asking for a response which I oblige.

It was a gentle kiss as if he was careful with me but the effect was not the same with my body cause I could feel the sparks from his kiss spreading its way through my system, creating butterflies in my stomach.

I'm perfectly sure that I'm not knowledgable about the kissing department but my body seems say otherwise as my lips were in perfect sync with his.
