"Merlin!" Arthur groaned in frustration as a thick stream of morning sunlight danced into the room and directly onto his face.
Merlin didn't answer, and the silence was unusual, Arthur longed for a remark from Merlin to break the silence but he got nothing."Merlin?" This time he reached for a pillow and sent it spinning towards the daydreaming Merlin, who stumbled back from the shock.
"Ow!" Merlin grumbled, chucking the pillow away.
"Ow? It was a pillow Merlin!" Arthur laughed, pulling his bedsheets up to make it clear he didn't want to get up.
"It's your hunting trip you want to go to!" Merlin exclaimed, acknowledging Arthur's actions.
"Oh," Arthur mumbled having forgotten all about his plans, "yes, of course," however he still made no effort to get out of bed.
Merlin launched forward and dragged him on to the floor, leaving the bedsheets on the bed. He couldn't help but laugh at the sight of Arthur on the cold floor, shivering like mad.
"That's not funny Merlin! I'm the King!"
"Wow I didn't realise. Shall I do it again and say sire at the end, sire?" Merlin replied sarcastically, ducking as Arthur threw a pot at him.
