"Yah! Seongwoo! Stop shouting!" You covered your ears in frustration when he went all out in singing a song that he just witnessed on the television screen.

"Gashina, Gashina." He sang repeatedly and chased you all over the room.

"That's it! Get out!" He stopped in his tracks and gave you his puppy eyes.

He knew your weakness, he knew that he was so damn adorable too so he teases you until you explode.

"But it's fun when you play with me, you're always studying and you won't even talk to me." He pouted and tugged on your shirt.

"That won't work on me anymore, I have exams coming so I have to study you pabo."

"But I just wanted to see you smile."
His smug expression turned to a disappointed one and he went sulking inside the music box.

"Yah, are you playing to be upset now? I have a lot of things to do, you know that."

"Go away." You softly knocked on the mysic box in hopes that he would go out.

"Okay then, I'll wait for you to get out of there."

"Seongwu-yah, come out of there already." You didn't want to hurt his feelings but he was being a distraction.

"I don't want to."

"Do you remember when you granted my first wish? I was really happy because Dad finally came back home."

"I'm not getting out." You huffed in defeat and went back to your paperworks sighing.

"Sungwoo-yah, I'm done studying. Let's hang out now."

He appeared in seconds and sat beside you with glint in his eyes.

"So you really were just waiting for me to finish?" He nodded his head and tickled you.

"Stop!" You spent the rest of the evening with him while letting the time go by.

"Seongwu-yah, where are you?" You opened your apartnent door with your cheeks all red and a smile plastered on your face.

"Why are arriving just now? It's almost ten." He was nagging again, you just couldn't help but chuckle.

"My sunbae took me the movies, he was like a gentleman and he made ny heart flutter every single time!" You cupped your cheeks in glee and danced around the room.

"Ahh really? You should not have gone with him, he's not right for you." You were taken aback by his response.

"Yah, what's wrong with you? It's normal for me to go out on a date, I'm single."

"But still, he'll just break your heart." He was acting very weird and very bitter.

The bubbly Seongwu vanished like a bubble, he was not even tslking as much either.

"You have no say in who I date, it's my life!" His actions made you unexpectedly furious.

"I do have a say!" He raised his voice and he was towering over you.

You flinched in horror when he did that because he was always gentle, and this was the first time that he lost his temper and control. His defined jaw made him si attractive but a line had to be drawn because he was a genie, and not a human.

"Why do you have a say? You're just a genie!" You covered your mouth upon realizing what you've said.

You knew he was sensitive when it came to his existence, he seemed so hurt and disappointed at you and you wanted to tame your words back.

"I'm just a genie, huh?" You wanted to say sorry, but you couldn't understand as to why he was being so unlike him.

"I didn-"

"I'll leave then, I'm just a genie who is worth nothing once I did my job, right?"

"What? That's not-"

"Even though I only granted your first wish,  I do hope it made you happy." He disappeared into thin air and the music box also faded from your sight.

You screamed in horror as you tried to grasp where the box was supposed to be. He left, just because of your happiness with a guy.

"Seongwu." Tears brimmed in your eyes as you knew that you offended him.

He was not just a genie, he became your friend and your companion when you had your bad and good days. He cheered you up and comforted you when you were in the verge of tears.

Days passed and your sleep got more uncomfortable, the bags under your eyes were too visible to see and you barely had the appetite to eat and the mood to talk to Jisung your sunbae.

"But I still have two wishes." You felt tears pouring out of your eyes again as you yearbed for his warmth and hugs.

"Are you really gone?"  You niserably wet your sheets and locked yourself at home.

You never understood yourself as to why you were weeping so much for a genie, to the point that you wanted to turn back time and stop yourself from saying something that you did not mean.

"Please come back Seongwu, I am wishing at the bottom of your heart that you'd come back to me. I am so sorry for hurting your feelings. It's so dull without yiu and the apartnent is so quiet, I miss your weird noises, I miss your jokes, I miss you." You uttered helplessly until you fell asleep.

You feel strong arms wrapped around you, the scent was very familiar so you did not bother in opening your eyes but hugged tighter. After a few moments, you realized that it was a person, a guy to be exact. You feared to know who it was because it might be some kind of stranger.

"Wake up beautiful." You feel soft lips landing on your forehead and you opened your eyes in surprise.

"Seongwu?" Your tears fell down to your cheeks and he wiped each time it fell.

"You came back." You caressed his face and hugged him tighter.

"I'm sorry I left you."

"No, I am so sorry for offending you."

"You're such a crybaby." He snuggled closer to you and hummed the familiar tune of the music box.

"I missed you."

"I missed you too."

"Don't leave me again, arasseo?" He chuckled and kissed your forehead again and stared deep into your orbs.

"Arasseo."

"This is my 3rd wish, never leave my side." He plastered a big grin on his face and said something that took your breath away.

"So, can you be mine now? Even if I'm a genie, I can be your man as much as you'd like." You feel your cheeks go red but you didn't care, Seongwoo was back.

And again, he answered to your call.
