You saw a guy who was munching on a lollipop like a little kid, you were standing right across the street and you just had a very long day. He stared at the candy like it was the most delicious thing in the world that you couldn't help but laugh in amusement.

It was time for him to notice you standing across him for about a few minutes. When the both of your eyes met, your smile faded away. You thought that he must feel offended for looking at him constantly but you just couldn't but look at him.
You thought he was going to leave, but he grinned at you until his eyes couldn't even be seen anymore.

It made you gasp, his smile was unexplainable. The way his wrinkles fall into place but his features never faded not even one bit. He is still attractive as hell.

The moment the light turned green, he started to walk towards you. You felt yourself gulping continuously as he carried the lollipop in his hand while looking at you.

"Hi," it was the first word he ever said to you.

His voice complimented your impression of him even more and you were liking it.

"Can I hold your puppy?" You stared at him strucked and gazed down to the puppy you're holding.

"You mean Dani?" You pointed at your fluffy dog.

"Oh, Dani is the name? What a cute name for a dog. But to answer your question, yes." You carefully nodded your head and saw how Dani had jumped off your arms voluntarily to the guy's grasp.

"I did not know my dog is that sweet, he usually barks to strangers." He softly laughed and ruffled the dog playfully.

It was too cute to watch that you had to take deep breaths and try to look for a distraction.

"Hi Dani, I'm Daniel." He hugged the dog closer to him.

"Daniel? That's similar to Dani." You stood amazed.

"Yeah, isn't it amazing?" He carefully gave Dani back to you and stared at the lollipop who had fell to the floor.

"Oh, I liked that lollipop." He sadly exclaimed.

"Well, you can actually buy another." You pointed to the candy store just a few meters away from where the both of you were at.

"Oh! And there's a dog cafe just beside it!" His eyes sparkled in glee.

"Will you come with me? I want to know your name."

"Okay."

You didn't know why you easily agreed to everything he said. You were exhausted from the job you recently got but it was all gone now.

"This is my treat." He handed you the same kind of candy he was eating awhile ago and dragged you to the dog cafe.

He pampered your dog like a baby and he was such a sweetheart. You couldn't believe that a guy with such broad shoulders was being so careful with your puppy.

"Daniel, you must like puppies so much that you resemble them." He shot his head towards you and barked.

"I get that a lot. But I resemble a rabbit too." He showed you his two front teeth and imitated a rabbit.
He really did look like one.

"You're so nice, you let me hold Dani and even accompanied me here." He warmly brought Dani to his chest and looked at you.

"You just seemed like my happy pill today."

"I can be your happy pill anytime you want."

"That's absurd."

"Be my friend then, I'll show you how much of a puppy I am."
