So me and Mitchell had been going out for about 2 months now, which brought us to the long awaited half term holiday. Exams had drove us insane the past week, so pretty much everyone was ready for a break from school. Austin had kind of faded away since that night, his appearances around school became less and less frequent; made me wonder if he went back to that boarding school.

"Freedom awaits us guys!" Selina squealed as we ran out the school along the swarm of other students.

"Yeah temporary freedom." Angel added as she took a bite out of the giant cookie she was eating.

"Stop being pessimistic." I said, nudging her. "Be grateful we don't have 3 hours of French to live through this week."

"Yay freedom!!" She shrieked.

"Where's Mitchell at?" Monika asked as we crossed over the road.

"I don't know, he said he'd show up." I said, looking over the heads of those in front of me to see if Mitchell was anywhere to be seen. "I don't see-"

I was instantly cut off at my own shriek, turning back to see Mitchell who had crept up on me alongside Ishmael, Abram, Keegan and Ramon.

"Really you can never give me a decent hello?" I laughed as he put his arm around me.

"Nah cuz that would make me a regular person which I don't wanna be." He smiled.

"Ugh save it for a room or something?" Rosalie complained, as Keegan snuck up behind her and put his arm around her, before she instantly swatted it off and hit him with a death glare.

A cacophony of 'ooh's' surrounded the pair.

"Why don't you take your own advice Rosalie?" Monika winked.

Keegan was a weird one to understand.

He claimed to 'hate' Rosalie half the time, and half the other time he'd flirt shamelessly with her - we all get it's just to 'piss her off' though.

Then we had Ishmael, who had oddly become good friends with me, once we were forced to break through the awkward wall after Mitchell made us all have dinner together.

Yeah that was a thing now.

To bring our groups closer together and make sure no-one was left out, we'd merge and hang out every couple weeks - and it actually worked pretty well.

Ramon started to get along more with Angel and Rosalie, and Abram started coming out his shell and talking more aswell to Selina.

Everything was going just perfect.

"So what's the next place on our list of bonding?" Ramon asked with the most cheesy smile ever.

"I was thinking bowling." Rosalie said.

"Ooh, food, arcades and a chance to show up the boys for the disgraces they are." Angel said, high fiving Rosalie.

"I'm in." I smiled. "You guys ready to fail?"

"Not to you lot." Ishmael smirked.

"We'll see." I laughed.

And we continued our trek home.

I ditched my uniform as soon as I got home and threw on my sweats and a hoodie as I jumped on to my bed, grabbing my phone.

Angel: So what's new peoples?!

Rosalie: We literally left school ten minutes ago and you dropped me home. What else is gonna be new?

Selina: Ikr

Angel: Hey a lot can happen in 10 minutes!

Monika: Anyway, when did the boys say we're going bowling?

Me: Idk - lemme text Mitchell

I was just about to change the page until I found my phone ringing and I saw the name:

Mitchell <3

"You have a long life just so you know." I said, answering the phone.

"Daydreaming about me again?" He asked, I could sense his smirk from over the phone.

"You wish. Anyway the girl's were asking when-"

"- we're going out?" Mitchell replied, finishing my sentence. "Yeah the boys just asked aswell. I'm free tomorrow and the day after, not sure about Monday."

"Er I think I'm good for tomorrow, I'll ask them lot." I said, swiping my screen and typing:

Tomorrow good?

Angel: What time?

Monika: I don't wake up till 12 at the least.

Me: Be ready for 12:30, we'll bus it

Selina: Kay

Rosalie: Ugh fine - so early

Me: You'll live

"Yeah they're good for tomorrow at 12:30." I stated.

"Well then I am personally gonna have to go and drag Keegan out of bed considering he will personally beat me for calling him out so early." Mitchell sighed.

"Good luck with that." I laughed. "So what's up?"

"Not much, I'm waiting for the guys to come online so we can play FIFA. But I was gonna as-"

"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH ME?" A voice yelled from the background, cutting Mitchell off.

"What the-" I began.

"Ignore that." Mitchell said quickly. "Anyway my point was-"

"I CAN BE RID OF YOU IN SECONDS ALRIGHT!" Another voice yelled, deeper than the last.

"Mitchell I can-" I started.

"I gotta go - I'll text you later, I promise." Mitchell said, almost whispering. "I love you."

"Love you too I guess.."

THE NEXT MORNING:

My phone was buzzing frantically, I groaned and wiped my eyes, half stretching as I reached for my cell.

"Hello?" I half moaned.

"I need help!!" Angel shrieked over the phone.

"What?" I asked, rubbing my eyes, starting to sit up.

"I can't decided what to wear!" Another voice came from the back.

"Rosalie..?" I asked.

"Yep. We're having an existential crisis." Angel said.

"Ugh just pick something, let me sleep." I muttered.

"Have you checked the time?" Rosalie asked over the phone.

"It's like what, 9, 10 o' clock?" I said lazily.

"Add a couple on." Angel said.

"Oh fuck." I said, looking at my alarm clock that read 12:07.

"I'll be there in 10."
