Aria's POV:
Dear Diary,
Has it been a while or what?
Well, exams are drawing close, and so's the final year of school.
It's crazy to think everything's gonna be over in 3 months, when 6 months ago, if you told me my life would be like this, I would've thought you were crazy. A boyfriend in a coma, a mystery with his family, and a whole revenge plan set out for retribution.
365 days of complications:
224 down.
141 to go.
And only 61 left till everything ends.
"YO ARIA!!" I heard Angel scream from down the bottom of the stairs, as I signed the bottom of my diary and clamped it shut.
"TICK TOCK - DO YOU WANT DETENTION FIRST DAY BACK?" I also recognised Rosalie's voice.
"NOT LIKE IT'D BE THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED!" I yelled back, placing my diary in the bottom drawer as I turned the key and grabbed my bag, stomping down the stairs.
"Ready?" Monika asked, as she sat up from slouching on the sofa next to Selina.
"Uh..I need breakfast you know." I said, walking over to the kitchen.
"So do I." Rosalie said, jumping up from the other sofa and following suit into the kitchen as the rest of the gang laughed.
"It's 08:09 guys!" Selina yelled, after Rosalie and I returned to the living room, stuffing our faces with muffins.
"Shit." Rosalie exclaimed, her voice muffled with the chocolate muffin.
"We have 6 minutes." Angel muttered. "Run!"
********
So we managed getting there.
Barely.
At 08:15 we rushed through the school gates, and I was still finishing my muffin by the time we reached our forms.
Some things never change.
Selina's POV:
I got my mark in form and as per the plan - I should say as per my plan so you guys don't get confused - I managed to escape under a rotten doctor's appointment note. Obviously, I had to be careful considering Aria was at the back of the class, but she was too indulged in her book to notice me leaving. Before exiting, I looked over next to her; the seat, empty, where Mitchell used to sit.
Something about that struck a chord with me.
Was it guilt? Or fear?
But it only lasted for a split second as I looked on the opposite side to see another empty seat on Aria's row. Where Keegan used to be.
And so the petty feeling of guilt faded and I stormed out the class, focused on what had to be done.

"Selina!" I heard a loud whisper from the intersection of the lockers in the corner. It was a small closet sized gap, roomy enough for about 2 or 3 people to hide in without even being suspected.
I looked around before shuffling inside.
"Thank God you made it." I sighed in relief, wrapping my arms around him. "I thought you were gonna lay low for a day."
"No way." He replied. "Did Aria notice me not being in form?"
"Nah, she was occupied enough." I answered. "She'll catch on eventually though."
"So the day goes on as normal?" He asked.
"Yep." I stated. "Until lunch of course, then we get her and get out of here as fast as we can."
"Sorted." He replied. "And if they approach me?"
"Be yourself. That's enough to keep them at bay." I said.
"Well we better get to it then. Form's almost over." He whispered. "And I think the both of us leaving this corner at the same time might be the least bit suspicious in a million different ways."
"Got it." I smiled. I whispered, and turned around to leave, before I felt his hand on my palm. "I love you Keegan."
"I love you too." He replied, as the bell ringing began to echo through the halls. "Showtime."
And so I walked out, once again looking left and right before gesturing at Keegan to summon him out.
The hallways began to fill with people leaving their classes from every direction, and Keegan and I gave each other a parting glance, before we both went our separate ways; disappearing into the crowds.

Rosalie's POV:
So after two hours of English and Maths, a break that was too short, a boring Chemistry lesson and an even worse French lesson...lunch was here!
As per usual, we gathered around our table and started gossiping about our English teacher's new clothing.
What?
THAT SKIRT WAS NEW OKAY, IT HAD THIS PATTERN IMPRINT AND I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS FUCHSIA OR HOT PINK BU-
Back to the point!
"Hey guys, you won't believe this!!" Monika said, as she came rushing towards our table and sliding into her seat.
"What?" We all asked in unison.
"Apparently, Keegan's in school today." She said, as we all dropped our jaws in synchronisation.
"No way." Angel said, putting down her sandwich.
"But I didn't notice him in form." Aria said. "Did you Selina?"
"No, I'm pretty sure his seat was empty." She replied, sipping her water. "It's likely he came late."
"What are we gonna do then?" I asked.
"Nothing." A voice came from behind.
And we all turned around to see it was Ishmael, Abram and Ramon.
"Just, don't care." Ishmael continued. "There's no point in giving him attention, the useless prick's a whore for it anyway."
"Fine." I replied. "But that doesn't mean Angel and I are gonna stop dropping our not so subtle death glares at him."
Before Ishmael could say anything, Selina jumped up,
"Rosalie are you done?" She asked, crumpling her rubbish up. "You said you'd come with me to Art today."
"Oh yeah," I replied, also standing up, "Come on then."
*********
We walked down the hallways continuing our conversation, almost by the end of the locker rows, before Selina stopped in her tracks,
"Shoot!" She burst out. "I forgot to bloody get my drawings from my locker."
"Go on," I replied. "I'll wait - but hurry up!"
Selina half ran, half skipped, half jumped down the corridor, as if she had this untold ecstasy from getting away from me.I leaned against the lockers sighing and crossing my legs, shuffling for my phone in my pocket.
Until I felt this cold presence behind me, a sound of a couple of footsteps and before I knew it, I felt a grip around my arm and waist. I opened my mouth to scream but darkness came about my eyes in seconds.
"Don't. Scream."
