The music was raging that night.
Austin's house was seriously massive compared to mine, despite him living right next door.
The kitchen and living room were pretty much connected, but the neat line of separation between the waste youths chugging liquor and the kids on the couch playing spin the bottle clearly segregated the two areas.
We all made our way over to an empty couch, piling on to it.
"Oh my God ROSALIE!" Angel whined. "You're legit half sitting on me!"
"And me!" Monika complained, nudging at Rosalie's kneecap.
"Stop moping and deal with it." Rosalie said, shuffling around creating space for herself.
Selina and Angel shifted and sat up on the sofa arms so I crashed in between Monika and Rosalie.
"You guys playing?" A guy from school asked, who I recognised to be Zander from our History class.
We all glanced at each other.
"The last time we played spin the bottle was-" Selina began before shutting herself up.
Was with Mitchell and them, before we went off on a crazy drive, only for the next day to be a total nightmare.
"Who cares about the last time?" I said. "Let's play."
I mentally patted myself on the back.
No them stringing along.
"Cool." Zander replied, spinning the bottle for it to point from him to Angel.
We all instantly started coughing and nudging Angel considering she despised him.
"Truth or dare?" Zander smiled.
"Truth." She replied sternly.
"Hm - is it true you liked Travis last year?" He smirked.
Immediately Angel's face became even more annoyed as we were overcome with laughter and 'oooing'.
"Is it true Amelia lost interest in you last year?" She responded with her own question.
Everyone sitting exploded with 'ohhh's' and began to focus on Zander who looked down.
"You're not meant to be asking the questions." He smiled forcefully.
"Well find the answer to that and you'll find the answer to mine." Angel smiled back. "I'm gonna go drink - see ya."
She walked off towards the kitchen area and we carried on playing.

Mitchell's POV:
"Dude, I still can't believe that you actually willingly decided to come here." Remus said as he poured himself a drink.
Yeah neither can I.
"Well, Keegan had a point. I'm not gonna waste my time on her so I'm here in an Aria free zone, moving on." I replied as I sipped my coke.
"You do realise she lives right next door?" Ishmael asked.
"Shut up." I replied.
"See you should listen to me more often." Keegan smirked, but his words came out muffled considering someone decided to blast the speakers to what I hope was the maximum volume.
"We should listen to you moo often?" Abram asked confused.
Remus spat out his drink laughing as Keegan gave him and Abram a death glare.
"More. MORE OFTEN." He repeated himself, folding his arms.
"So let's find you a girl." Ishmael said, and before I could answer, all four of them were dragging my arm to a random group of girls near the living room.
"Guys- what the- let g-" I stuttered to get my words out before I ended up being pushed forward, knocking a girl over and somehow catching her on instinct in my arms.
"I am so fucking sorry." I muttered before pushing her up and standing up straight myself.
She swept her shoulder length black hair aside revealing her face.
"It's okay - with the amount of shots I've had I'm pretty sure it was gonna happen anyway." She smiled. "You're Mitchell right?"
I nodded.
"You're in my Geography class - the front of your face looks a hell of a lot different from the back of your head." She laughed.
"Is that a good thing?" I asked, nervously smiling.
"Hm let's see." She said, grabbing my face and switching it from front to back then side to side. "Well you don't seem like a furry gorilla so I'm guessing that's a good thing."
"Wait...Maddie right?" I asked, recognising her voice as she spoke.
"Yep." She replied, flipping her fringe to the side.
"Er.." I muttered, turning back to my friends who were about a metre away from me, gesturing to the kitchen. "Doyouwannagetadrink?"
Those words came out faster than anticipated.
"Sure - hopefully the drinking will slow down your speech slightly." She giggled as we both walked to the kitchen together.
"Maddie! Wanna join us in beer switch?" A girl who clearly had one too many drinks asked.
"Sure, come on Mitch." Maddie said, grabbing my hand and pulling me along.
"Wait - how do you play?" I asked.
"Simple, pass the beer shot from person to person using your teeth, but if you drop the glass you pull a forfeit from the hat." The girl replied, pointing to a woolly hat on the centre of the table.
"Got it." I replied.

Aria's POV:
"Selina!!! No way - you still haven't had a freaking crush!?" One of the girls playing spin the bottle asked her.
"Yeah this one's staying pure." Monika smiled, patting Selina's head.
"Yeah, you're filling in for her share, right?" I replied laughing.
"Someone's gotta do it." Monika winked.
"I swear Angel's probably passed out on the kitchen floor or gotten lost." Rosalie said, getting up. "We should probably go find her."
We followed suit and walked in to the kitchen.
Mitchell's POV:
Maddie had the shot glass between her teeth ready to pass to me, but dropped it a second before I could retrieve it.
"Damn it!!" She said, taking a forfeit from the hat.
"Make out with the person on your right." She read, smirking. "Okay then."
Within an instant she threw the paper away and smashed her lips against mine.
"Angel where ar-" A voice came from a couple metres in front of me, but no recognition came to me considering I was fully focused on Maddie. "MITCHELL?!"
I instantly pushed Maddie away and opened my eyes, flipping my head forward.
"Aria?!"
