I laughed as Kol and I strolled through the park. He sat down at the picnic table and I stuck my tongue out and ran to the swing. I knew I was being childish but I didn't care.

Kol and I have been hanging out for a couple weeks now and he's actually a really good friend.

He's funny, sassy, smart, and let's not forget badass.

When I said sassy, I meant that Kol's got a sarcastic comment for just about anything and won't hesitate to kick your ass.

He's also a really good listener. He listens to me talk about my problems and understands in a way. Afterall, he's lived for a thousand years.

I got on the swing and ease my legs in and out to gain speed. I looked at Kol to find him smiling at me and I internally melted.

At first Kol seemed dangerous, but now he's not that bad. I don't think this friendship will be anything more but I'm fine for right now.

Something about Kol drew me in. Of course he was very handsome but his personality was not as bad as you would think.

Gosh, he freaking hilarious and some of his opinions on modern world items are funny. He makes me laugh so hard that I cry and when I do, he just laughs at me and teases me.

"Come on, scaredy cat!" I yelled as I jumped off the swing and ran full speed through te park. I heard his footsteps behind me and then heard nothing.

I turned around and knew he was trying to trick me. When I turned to run again, Kol appeared in front of me.

"Oh my god, you scared the crap outta me! Please don't do that again. That's not fair Kol. Using your vampire speed. Totally unfair," I pouted putting on my puppy dog face.

He sighed and ran his hands through his hair. His soft and beautiful brown hair.

Gosh, If I keep thinking these thoughts I'm going to fall in love with him. He grabbed me and we suddenly moved at inhuman speed through Mystic Falls until he stopped. Dizziness overcame me as he let go of me. I grabbed his arm to keep myself balanced as to not fall. After my dizzy spell passed I took in the sight before me. We're were at the falls. They were truly and utterly beautiful.

I turned around and smiled at him.

"It's beautiful, Kol. Thank you for taking me here" I said amazed and impressed.

He smirked at me and grabbed me. He slung me over his shoulders and walke to the shore.

I pounded on his back as I realized what his next move would be.

He was going to throw me in.

No way.

"Wait, don't throw me in." I yelled.

He ignored my plea an easily threw me in. The water was warm and it felt like I was I'm a slightly warm bathtub.

I swam out of the lake and stepped onto the shore.

I took my jacket off and then stripped off my wet shirt. I then took my shoes off and them my jeans.

"Kol I need a towel" I yelled at him. He turned around only for his jaw to drop.

"Don't look at me like that! Get me my towel you perv!" I yelled jokingly.

Looks like this was going to be a fun night.
