Applejack: Let me explain. In the show, I started out 18. I had my 19th birthday before the season 4 opener. This story is a few months ahead of the show though, so now I'm 20. Me and Carmel got married on my 20th birthday.
Rainbow Dash: Awesome right?
All: Totally!
So, as you can see I'm shipping Applejack and Carmel. At this point Pinkie Pie and Rarity are 19, Twilight and Applejack are 20, and Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are 21. Only Applejack is married. Twilight and Rarity are dating.
