Couples that serve together, spends an eternity together._Elder D. Ronald Scharf.
Piercing eyes! Circulating around him. Aayush's Raisha was giving him pointed looks since the second, they all heard Jay's shrilling scream inquiring about his missing bed. Aayush instead of being on the guard, stood there unfazed by their looks; his fingers raking through his hair while his lips were twitching in amusement as each one of them including his little Champ was eyeing him with raised brows now.
"What??"
"I don't remember doing my facial before leaving for the wedding venue. So why can't you people take your eyes off me?" Aayush joked trying to break their trance from his face, but none of them even batted their lashes. Instead, all crossed their hands over their chest while he gave his Raisha a sheepish smile.
His eyes shifted to the staircase, where the angry pouting Jay was descending down; ready to cry his heart out for his missing bed.
Standing in front of Raisha, he stomped his foot and complained like a baby to her, "Ask your husband to tell me where is my bed or I swear I will show him my kickboxing skills."
Amaya was the first to laugh at the way, Jay spoke to Raisha who was taken aback that instead of querying Aayush, Jay was complaining to her.
"Jay, Jiju is a national championship winner in kickboxing." Amaya reminded him making Aayush smirk in proud seeing the realisation flashing on Jay's face. Of course that pretty face jerk was a champion.
Was there anything he can't do?
"I am impressed by your memory, Mrs. Sinha. Good job." Aayush praised while Amaya bit her lip to stifle her laughter watching Jay grit his teeth in anger. The family clasped their hands on their mouth, because never for once in their life that had a slightest inkling that they can ever witness this day also.
"Yuvi, get me butter popcorns please. This entertainment is so much more than any bollywood movie, I swear." Isha commented, seeing Jay marching towards Aayush while the later looked like he was having the time of his life.
"Go get yourself, lazy woman. I am busy watching my favourite movie," came the reply from her gawking husband whose eyes refused to move away from Jay and Aayush.
"Jeej's, tell me where is my bed?" Jay demanded in an authoritative tone.
"Really brother in law. I thought you were in love with Amaya, but with every hour, you are proving me wrong. Too bad." Aayush shook his head showing his disappointment but his smile was visible from the sides of his mouth which were curved into a grin.
"Arghh!! Viraj Uncle, tell him to give me my bed." Turning to Viraj, Jay pleaded helplessly. Viraj was gaping at his son like he couldn't believe that he was the same mature Aayush.
“Dad, do something. Why does your mouth get stuck with glue in Jeej’s case.” Jay cribbed moving his attention Raj. The poor father shrugged his shoulders, suppressing his smile because he didn’t really know how to even demand an answer on this.
It was so not his age to deal with this issue for that matter. *Giggling subconscious*
Witnessing his father’s silence, Jay returned to Aayush again, and ordered, “Mr Aayush Khandelwal, you better tell me where the hell is my bed, or I swear I won’t let my sister return with you to Delhi.”
Raisha gasped, while the others bit their nails waiting for Aayush’s comeback, which was certainly going to be a bang on blast in the house.
Aayush knitted his brows together, and with that sly grin, he replied, “Okay. Then I would have kidnapped her like I initially planned to do if Dad wouldn’t have accepted us.”
