Chapter Five

~Aria's P.O.V~

It's been 5 months since I moved to L.A, Mum and I have gotten closer, it feels like nothing ever happened. I still miss Dad, I haven't talked to him in ages, I hope everything is going well at the police station and in New Jersey. I've finally gotten used to my name, and everything about me, it took a long time, but everything is starting to end up normal, I really shouldn't say that, I'll probably jinx myself.

Over the past months Nate and I have created a close friendship, and I'm glad, I'm not gonna lie, he's pretty cute and he has a personality of an angel (literally how I describe him) I haven't seen him in a few weeks, he went to New Jersey to do something important, his exact words to me.

'Omg, it feels like forever since I've seen you' he says as he pulls me into a massive hug,
'Likewise dude, how was New Jersey?' I ask sitting down across him,
'Yeah it was good, I had to meet up with a friend to talk to him about certain things, and go to meetings, like a lot of meetings' he says chuckling at the end. I instantly get confused, meetings? Why the heck is he going to meetings,
'Meetings? Why are you going to meetings?'
'You don't know?' He says confused,
'Know what?' I say even more confused,
'My job is social media, I do make YouTube videos for my fans' shook.
'Wait really? When did you start?
'A while back, my bets friend died, and social media was my only escape really, so I did this video of #NateFromHisCar and it kinda went viral,msg here I am' he says with the biggest smile on his face, it seems like it really makes him happy,
'Wow. And sorry about your friend, I know how it feels, to just no longer see them ever again' shit. To much information.

'So, Aria Lockwood'
'So, Nate Garner' I say copying his actions,
'I've known you for a while, but you're very secretive, tell me more about yourself, why did you move to L.A? What was your life like as a child?' Shit. Double shit. Triple shit. How do I tell him with out telling him everything, I got this.
'You know, just wanted a change, couldn't spend my life in fear ya know' why the fuck would you say that, sketchy much
'What do you mean in fear?' He says looking concerned
'Um, I actually have to go, I'm sorry, uh, bye' I say way too quickly and run off.

Probably just lost a friend

Holy crap, what is this place? I'm so sorry I've been gone for like 100 years, a lot has gone on, with school and with family, but I'm back! I'm uploading 2 more chapters tonight and maybe some tomorrow, but I hope you like this chapter, sorry it was short.
