Tears of salt,
walls of stone.
A kingdom jail,
and prison throne.A lonely world,
an empty place.
A mournful beat,
ones heart keeps pace.Ash to ash,
dust to dust.
Trickling water,
is turning to rust.A distant thought,
ones mind does keep.
A peaceful and happy world,
An individual's soul dose seek.In a darkening world,
one cannot find.
The joyous life,
one left behind.A closer look,
a broadened scope.
One sees a life,
that holds no hope.A crying face,
skin cold as stone,
You've come to accept,
that it is your own.White noise in front,
pink noise round back.
Of constant noise,
there is no lack.Burning eyes,
wetted face.
You've come to think,
You deserve this place.Whatevers done,
it feels my fault.
And cannot be washed away,
by my tears of salt. You take in breath, even though you've been told to lay hear.
You get up and go off,for you do not wish to stay there.
You come to two doors, one tells you to open.
You go to the other, that look quite forsaken.
You turn the knob, it lets out a squeak.
You go and walk through, and find what you seek.
You find a way out, an escape from your fears.
You are free for you did not dwell, upon your salt tears.
You have found a new light, you forgive your own fault.
You know you are forgiven, and never again will you cry burning tears of salt.
