Finn
"So, Finn...I heard that you said some stupid shit last night." Jack smirked at me. We are currently eating breakfast at a nearby cafe beside the bookstore. I have a soft spot for their waffles here.
"Stupid shit like what?" I asked him, biting onto my waffle. I don't know how I even had the energy to go out for breakfast with my hangover.
"Stupid shit like when you told Jaeden that he was lucky to have Charlie." He said.
"Wait, what?!" I shouted, making the people around me stare at me weirdly. I quickly shut my mouth. "I told him that?!" I whisper-shouted.
"Yeah but you didn't exactly say Charlie's name. You said 'her' not a name. Jaeden told me that you were referring to a girl he didn't have any idea about."
"Bullshit!" I whisper-shouted.
"Calm the fuck-" He tried to say but I interrupted him.
"Chosen told me that he likes Charlie and I overheard him and Wyatt talking about her." I frustratedly said.
He stared at me for a while then said, "Wow." He chuckled.
"What?" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"You've never been this affected by a girl before." He said.
"Not true." I denied.
"Oh yeah? Name a girl you've become attached to before."
"I-uh..." I thought for a while. Stacy?Arabella? Izzy? No wait, Stella!
"Ha! I got it. Stella." I answered proudly.
"Are you fucking kidding me? She's a psychopath. She's the one in love- I mean obsessed with you!" He said.
"Wait, really?" I furrowed my eyebrows as I recalled past events. I thought for a while until it came back, reoccurring in my head. I chuckled to myself. "Oh right yeah, she was the one who sent flowers and chocolates to herself on Valentine's day and acted as if I was the one who sent it."
"Crazy story." He said, taking a sip from his coffee.
"Don't worry, I'm going to talk to Charlie about it later." I said. He nodded in response. "Just so you know, I don't like her by the way."
"Exactly! Cause you're in love with her." Jack smirked.
"Shut up." I rolled my eyes at him. "How do you know if you're in love anyways?" I asked.
He opened his mouth to say something but closed it again. He hesitated for awhile until he finally spoke, "Wha- what? I don't know, why are you asking me? I've never been in love." He fidgeted.
"I can see through you, Jack. You're lying." I stared at him with intimidating eyes.
I'm completely right and he knows it. He's just denying the fact that he has indeed been in love before.
"No, I'm not." He denied.
"What about Talia?" I smirked at him.
His eyes widened. I could see through his facial expression that he was a little hurt when he heard her name. "Shut up, Finn. We don't speak of her, okay?"
Jack had a girlfriend before and her name's Natalia. I could tell that he liked her very much, maybe even love but it all went downhill when Jack committed the biggest mistake he made in his life according to him.
He messed around with the most popular girl in school when him and Talia were fighting. He wanted to keep it a secret because he regretted his decisions but turns out, the girl already spread rumors of her and Jack 'dating'. After that, you can guess what happened, they broke up and it left him devastated.
