Livin' In Paradise (A Magcon Fanfic)

Chapter 11

Caitlin's POV

"Where are we going?" I ask Shawn yet another time, urging for him to tell me.
"I'm not telling," he smiles, enjoying my irritation. I groan. The rest of the ride I stare out the window, lost in the beautiful sight. New York is beautiful just like I imagined it. I've heard that New Yorkers are rude, hopefully we don't run into any of those.
We finally pull into the parking lot of the restaurant. There are some girls outside the restaurant, not nearly as many as at the airport, waiting to meet the boys. Olive Garden. I gasp.
"I love Olive Garden!" I exclaim.
"Me too," he agrees. It feels kinda weird going to a restaurant with him. It feels kinda like a date. I can't even believe I'm in New York with him. It feels like a dream.
Shawn stops and takes pictures with some of the girls before we go inside. When were inside, Shawn tells them the reservation. The waiter leads us to a separate room and a giant table. Most of the boys are already there when we get there.
"SHAWN!!!!" Matt screams when he sees us. Not again, I thought. He runs up and gives Shawn a hug.
"CAITLIN!" He exclaims and hugs me like we've known each other forever.
Shawn introduces me to 2 boys that don't even need an introduction. Cameron Dallas and Nash Grier.
"Hey beautiful!" Cameron says and takes me in for a big, long hug. Cameron gives the best hugs. I've seen the pictures and videos of him meeting fans, his hugs looked like the best. And right now I agree that this is the best hug I've ever had. I don't wanna let go. My heart feels like it's gonna melt. Cameron Dallas just called me beautiful. Cameron could make any girl melt.
"Hi," Nash says with his southern accent. All I can think about is how blue and gorgeous his eyes really are. He gives me a hug. I have to admit Cameron and Nash are so hot. Way hotter in person.
"This is Kaylor," Nash introduces me to a girl with short, brown hair standing next to Nash.
"Hi," I say.
"Hey," she replies in a thick southern accent just like Nash's.
I get introduced to Carter, Aaron, Taylor, Mahogany, Jack G and Jack J. None of which even need an introduction. I've seen all of their vines and have become huge fans of them. The only person I didn't get a chance to really talk to is Jacob.
I'm so confused as to where Hayes is. He is supposed to be in New York.
Bart comes up to me snapping me out of my thoughts. "You must be Caitlin, I'm Bart," he says shaking my hand. "I'm so glad to have you on the tour with us."
"Thank you," I say. If it wasn't for Bart I wouldn't even be in New York right now.
We all sit down at the table. Shawn on my right and Taylor on my left. Bart at the head of the table. We all chat and have a lot of laughs throughout the night. Bart goes through the details of the weekend and who's in which room. I'm staying with Mahogany, Kaylor and Kat. The VIP meet and greet starts at 12:30pm, the general admission is let in at 1:30pm and the show and the rest of the activities go until 7:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Dustyn Carpenter, Aaron's brother, is also gonna be at Magcon who I'm really excited to hear sing.
The more everyone is talking about it, the more excited I'm getting. I can't believe I'm sitting across from Nash Grier, who just happens to have almost 8 million followers on vine, and beside the one and only Taylor Caniff, who I also never imagined to be that hot in person. This has to be a dream.
After dessert Bart pays for the meal. We all thank him for the lovely meal. Then all the boys go outside and meet and take pictures with the fans. I think thats what it's all about, the fans. It's amazing that no matter how famous they are they still devote all their time to the fans. I love that about them.

Once were back at the hotel, Bart checks in and hands both me and Kaylor a room key. The hotel is very modern, fancy and probably really expensive. I don't understand how Bart can afford all this. An expensive hotel for everyone, flights for everyone and a fancy supper.
We go up to our rooms. Bart managed to have all our rooms close to each other. Shawn, Jacob, Cameron and Nash are all in a room. Carter, Matt, Jack and Jack are in a room. And Taylor, Aaron and Brent are together. Their rooms are just across the hall from us. The hotel is also booked to maximum capacity with fans going to the event. I saw a pool and water slide on the way in, maybe we can go swimming one night.
Shawn walks me to the door of my room. "Well I'll see you in the morning?" I think the plan is to meet the boys downstairs for breakfast tomorrow morning.
"Ya. Goodnight," I say.
"Goodnight Caitlin." I close the door. I walk in to see Kaylor, Kat and Mahogany all laying on the beds watching TV.
"What are you guys watching?" I ask curiously.
Kaylor looks up and gestures for me to come. "Come see for yourself," she replies. I sit on the edge of one of the beds. It's turned onto the news for New York.
"A mob of teenage girls swarmed the airport in New York City today. All there just to catch a glimpse of the group of youtubers and viners known as Magcon," the cheerful lady on the news states. "The group consists of Nash Grier, Cameron Dallas, Shawn Mendes, Taylor Caniff, Matthew Espinosa, Carter Reynolds, Jack Gilinsky, Jack Johnson, Aaron Carpenter, Hayes Grier, Jacob Whitesides and Mahogany *Lox*. The street was temporarily shut down with police on site trying to control the crowd. We haven't seen anything like this since Justin Bieber came."
"Wait we shut down a street in New York?" I state surprisedly, more of a shock of realization than a question.
"Ya we did!" Mahogany exclaims.
"That's crazy!" Kaylor exclaims. It's kinda weird to share a room with 3 girls I don't even know. But by the way we've been getting along so far I think we'll be great friends. I really wanna get to know Kaylor this weekend. She seems really cool. One thing I'll never get over is Kat and Kaylor's accents! I think southern accents sound so cool.
"We should go shopping one day!" Kaylor suggests.
We all agree. I was totally thinking the exact same thing. Theres something weird about it, like we're just meant to be friends.
I change into my pj's. Day 1 of Magcon is tomorrow. I fall asleep with a smile on my face, so excited for the big day to come.
