Chapter 41

I showered, got dressed, and was sitting on the couch with Jimin's head in my lap. He was begging for the cheerios I was munching on. Pony came out of the hallway and flipped.

"T-theres a dog?! Who got a dog?!?!" He panicked and I could hear Jimin's low growl. I patted his head to make him stop.

"He's mine. His name is Jimin. He doesn't like you though. I would be careful if I were you." I giggled as he scoffed.

"We got a dog that doesn't even like me. How funny." He carefully walked to the kitchen, eyeing the white dog.

After Pony ate, he went to his room while Soda appeared from the bathroom, wet and just in a towel. He smirked.

"Like what you see?"

"I love what I see."

"Oh do you?"

"Mm yes. Cmere."

He walked towards me, biting his lip. I stood up and kissed his bottom lip while tracing his abs.

"Sigh... too bad we constantly have to keep this private... I would do anything to show you off." I laid my head on his chest.

"Who said we have to keep this private? Let's just tell everyone right now. Im done with hiding this. I just want to kiss you so bad in public." He smiled softly

"That's the thing.. we cant. I would get slut shamed. Im a homie hopper apparently..." I frowned.

"Babydoll... I would do anything for you to be mine."

"Who said I wasn't yours? We just can't make it public." I started towards my room. "Come on, we have to go to work."

We arrived at the gas station in silence. It was the weekend, which meant that it was one of the busiest days. We unlocked the shop as I jumped behind the counter, unlocking the register.

"Big day today huh Soda?" I licked my lips and giggled. I started putting rolls of change in the register.

"You go it, babydoll. Big day equals big money!" He cupped my chin and kissed it until Steve yelled out his name. He groaned. "Ughhhh. I wish I could be like this forever. If you need me babydoll Ill be outside. Be careful.. boss put a gun under the counter. Don't be afraid to use it." And with that, Soda smiled and went outside.

It was busy. Customers come and went. Every hour Soda would come in and get a drink then have me a quick kiss. I liked working because it let me get away from the worries I have at home. Then my day went to shit went a crowd full of socs came in.

"Heeeeeyyy beautiful. What are you doing working at this dump?!" One slurred.

"Uhh because I have to provide for my family?" I scoffed.

"Provide? But ya a socs. They don't need to 'provide'"

Holy shit. They think I'm a soc? Hell no!

"Haha no actually... that's not how all families work."

"Huh? Wait a minute... you're a greaser! A filthy greaser!" One from behind one of the shelves yelled.

"A GREASER?! Alright... y'all know what to do." The one in front of me smirked before I heard a large crash. They kept pushing down shelves, tearing open bags, and unloading the slushee machine. By the time they left, the place was completely trashed.

I crashed down into tears. I dont have the money to replace all this... Soda came busting in, along with the rest of the employees.

"Y/n.. what the hell happened?!?!" Sodapop came rushing down to comfort me.

"The socs.. The came in and t-trash this p-place" I choked on my words while Steve rung up the boss. "I can't afford to r-replace all this."

"Ah y/n why didn't you use the gun?!" Steve yelled.

"Because one second they were here, and one second they were gone..."

"Boss said that ALL of us are gonna have to come together to replace all this. Way to go y/n" Steve snapped as I let out a loud sob.

"Hey Steve lay off her alright?! Its not her fault. Its all of our fault for not coming in soon enough." Soda pet my hair.

"I-I'll stay and clean up... all of you j-just go home o-okay??" I suggested, wiping my tears.

"No we will stay. You guys go home." The black haired boy smiled at me, before everyone poured out of the shop.

"Soo.. y/n. Where shall we start?" Sodapop smiles sweetly as he kissed me forehead.

Filler chapter!! Im sorry I haven't updated. Im just SO out of ideas it's not even funny. I still dont know if im gonna continue this series so dont get your hopes up! 😪. But do you guys want to see more things with Soda and come out official, or work your way back into Pony????
