IT WASTHE fall of '83 when the young Will Byers vanished.No one knew where he went nor where he was. Until a mysterious girl appeared magically in the woods and helped the boys to look for their best friend.
DEAN AND MARLEENwere not aware of that discovery, at least not at the beginning. Marleen has always been there for Jonathan and the Byers family, so when Joyce told her about Will talking to her through Christmas lights and a monster crawling out of the wall, she believed her immediately.
MARLEEN WAS THE most curious person in whole Hawkins, so when the Chief and Joan Byers joined the investigation and forbid her to keep helping them she finds about Nancy's and Jonathan's plan. She could've never thought she would beat a predator from another dimension with The King himself, Steve Harrington, Nancy Wheeler, and Jonathan Byers.
