Have you made someone cry?
I've been like 45min lying down trying to sleep because I'm tired but can't. Don't know why. So I was thinking about this, but wasn't sure if to write it down.
So again.
Have you ever made someone cry?
And I don't mean it in a joy cry, like laughing too much causing tears to spill out or doing something good for that person and tan tan...No. I mean it as in crying. Out of sadness..Either because of something you did or something he/she didn't. Or viceversa. Something said, some other unsaid. Do overs and regrets. Have you?
If you ask me, I don't know.
I've never seen anybody I've hurt crying because of it. But then again, who would want to be seen crying?
And moreover, by the one who caused it?
Maybe I have. But I don't know.
I don't really think so.
Partly because everyone can be strong..and partly because I don't think I'm worth someone else's tears. I mean, think about it.
Someone hurts you. Badly.
Like it hits you in the rib cage and threatens to break you apart.
You have two options:
* Ball your eyes out
* Move on and don't let it get to you
Which one would you choose?
You would think if that person is really worth any salty water that could come out of your eyes.
Would you go through that for that person?
If 'yes'..then you should. Cry and cry and cry until no more tears come out. Sometimes it's good. And you'll say, 'it's over for good'. It'll cleanse you. Could take a burden off.
If 'no'...then don't. If they're not worth any tear of yours, then it wouldn't help by no means to make you feel better. Why would you?
I don't know if I've ever caused someone to answer yea and cry because of me. It sounds horrifying. The mere thought that someone couldn't sleep that night because of some truth, lie, mistake, doing...
It's shitty. I'd feel like shit.
But it would matter anymore, right? Because the hurt is done and there's nothing more to do.
So I don't know if I'm worth any tear. Of anybody. I really hope I'm not worth it. Because I know how it feels to be hurt. And it sucks.
