Dan's POV:
-2 weeks prior to the last chapter-
I had just finished unpacking my bags. It was an all guys vacation! Two weeks, my dad, brother, and I. Dad came upstairs and knocked on the door. "Molly threatened me saying I must make sure you have your oxygen every night." He said calmly.
I chuckled as I put my medicine on my nightstand. "Wow. Well, that's Molly." I smiled.
"How are your scars?" Dad asks.
I take off my shirt and run my fingers over the line down my chest. "Still healing."
"I bet." He says. "Sore?"
"Yup."
(Fun fact time: I've had 3 open heard surgeries my self! I have a scar down my chest. When I was a baby I got surgeries done on my heart, and now there are staples that literally hold my chest together. I also have a lot of indents from feeding tubes as well.)
Dad smiled. "We'll be careful. How are you reacting to your medicine?"
"Good. No side effects." I smile and take a pill.
"that's good. Dinner should be ready soon."
