Phil's POV:
I dropped the kids off at Louise's and drove back to the hospital. Some doctors wanted to speak with me.
We all sat at a table, gathered around. "Hello Mr...Howell...Lester?" The lady questioned.
"Yes." I smiled. "How is my husband doing?" I asked.
"Well sir. A few things happened." She starts to explain. "You say that Daniel just passed out, right?"
"Yes. And he was feeling tired and sick a few days before."
        "And he's on oxygen?"
        "Yes."
She leaned forward a bit and put her hands on the table. "Sir. Your husband, has had some oxygen issues going on. That's what caused him to be tired."
I nodded. "Alright. Well how long until he can come home?" I asked.
        "That's not it sir."
        "Oh..." I looked down, nervous.
"Lack of oxygen can cause many things. And 2 things occurred. Brain damage. He will have physical problems, very possibly will have to learn how to walk and talk again."
I started to cry. "What else? Why did he pass out?"
"The lack of oxygen caused blood flow to stop. Heart failure...." she sighed before continuing. "Sir, Daniel is going to need a heart transplant."
I cry harder. She grabs a box of tissues and hands them to me. "You have 2 options...but one isn't available."
"What are the options?" I asked.
"Take him home, spend the rest of the time you can with him. Or get a heart transplant. Be warned, heart transplants are very risky. You might lose him either way."
"Heart transplant obviously! At least try to fix it!"
She looks through the files. "Occupation?"
        Shit. "Youtube."
She looks up with a weird stare. "You get paid for that?"
      I nodded.
"Well. It looks that neither of you have health insurance...therefor...we can't give you the transplant."
"W-what? You're just going to let a innocent man die?!"
      "Sir. You can pay."
     "How much?"
     "750,000 pounds."
"A-alright." I cry harder and walk out of the office.
