Robert took a deep breath before standing up, wrapping one of the sheets around his waist “Nicole…”

“What?!” she said, tears in his eyes “I know you never told me you loved me, Robert. But you never, ever, brought a bitch to our bed!” She said “Or so I thought!”

“Hey!” Robert warned “First of all, don’t call her that”

“It’s the f*cking nurse!” She yelled “I hope you enjoyed his dick, bitch!” she yelled “You can have it again! I’m out” she stormed out the room

“Nicole!” Robert said, before taking a deep breath “Alright…”

Jessica sadly looked at him “Are you not going after her?” She asked

“No…” he sat back on the bed, holding her hand “There’s only one girl in this world I would go after” he smiled at her

Jessica smiled widely, pulling him to lay back on the bed

“I’m sorry she called you that… I never got to tell her you are the Jessica Carter, the greatest love of my life” he explained

“It is ok… You wouldn’t expect her to react well… We should have been more careful though… she didn’t deserve to see this”

Robert looked down “I know. But I should have told her anyway. I should have ended the relationship a lot sooner.” He took a deep breath “But I didn’t know if you would come back for me. I only knew I was going to fight for you. I just… I guess I didn’t want to be alone, that’s why I never told her…”

Diana caressed his face “It’s ok, Robert. No one can blame you”

“It’s selfish, though”

“Don’t worry about it. You just need to talk to her and explain”

“Yes, I’ll do that.” He whispered “I’ve always been honest with her, I guess she’ll understand”

“She loves you, Robert. She might understand, but she will never take it well.”

“I know…” he looked down

She caressed his face “So… I guess you’re single?”

“No” he looked at her “I am your boyfriend” he smiled

“Oh, are you? I didn’t get a formal proposal”

He smiled, getting on his knees, but hovering her, on the bed. She giggled at him, completely naked, taking her hand in his.

“Jessica Carter, owner of my heart, will you be my lady?”

She smiled “Well, that’s formal”she sarcastically said

He bit his lip “Is that a yes?”

She pulled him down, to fall on top of her “Of course, baby. I love you”

“Hmm” He moaned against her lips “Another round?” he smirked

“Oh, well, I’m going to have a hard time letting go of you in the next days” Jessica smiled widely

He chuckled “I’ll tell you what’s hard”

She giggled, pulling him down to her lips.

After such a long time away, they couldn’t let go of each other.

The next morning arrived before they noticed.

Both were woken up by his phone, furiously vibrating on his nightstand

“Hmmm” Robert groaned “F*ck everything, I want to sleep” he protested

“Might be important, baby” Jessica whispered

He lazily moved his hand to grab his phone “Hello?”

Jessica smiled as she listened to him. She felt so happy to wake up next to him again. Nothing could be better.

“Why?” he complained “Alright… just a minute” he lazily stood up, telling her he would be right back.

But Jessica got quickly bored of being on the bed, so she stood up and put his shirt on. She didn’t know his house, yet, but she wandered around looking for him.

The entire house, or better said, mansion, was breathtaking. So modern, yet with some classical decoration at some points. She loved it.

She found him in an office, sitting in a chair in front of his laptop “Walking naked around the house?” She smiled

He looked serious at her, though

“What’s wrong?” She walked to him as he pointed at the screen.

It showed the news, in many tabloids

‘Who’s the girl? Robert Lockhart was spotted with an unknown girl. Betrayal? Where is Nicole Williams?!’

All the titles were different, yet identical.

There were no pictures.

“What the hell?!” Jessica said “How is this even possible?”

“Someone spoke.”

Her eyes widened “But only…” her hand covered her mouth “Nicole?!”

“I can’t believe she did this…”

Heeey!

So, what do you think?
