Hector and Jenna walk to the ring, and Jenna looks terrified. Hector is probably mentally preparing himself for the fight, like he usually does.
Jenna's facial expression makes her seem like she just saw a ghost. The nerves are obviously getting to her. I mean, how could she not be nervous. She is in last, and this is the last fight. Also, she has to fight Hector, who has been training for years.
"Go!" George yells, and Jenna and Hector get in the fighting position.
Hector lunges at Jenna, but she ducks under the punch. Her elbow rises, and goes straight to Hector's neck. He gasps for air, and the rest of us gasp in surprise.
When did Jenna learn how to fight so well? I think, and then a thought pops into my head. George. He must have been helping Jenna fight. I haven't even talked to him yet.
I am taken away from my thoughts by a girlish grunt. Jenna is cupping the side of her face, and Hector swings again. Somehow, she manages to dodge him again and throw a punch at his nose. His nose starts gushing blood, staining the mat, and his hands, bright red. Jenna kicks him in the side, and he falls to the ground, causing the crowd to gasp. He quickly gets up and throws one last punch straight at Jenna's head. She falls to the ground, unconscious.
George quickly runs to the mat, straight to Jenna's side. He picks her up, and runs to the hospital. When he leaves the room, all eyes turn to Hector. He looks pale, just like Jenna did at the beginning of the fight.
"Good job Hector," Dad says, but Hector doesn't respond.
He slowly walks off the mat, and straight to me. I pull him into a hug, and instantly feel comforted just by him.
"Al..." he starts, but I interrupt him.
"Hec, she'll understand, you had to win your fight," I say, and he nods his head, "She'll be fine."
"Next fight," Mom says, "Al and Tommy."
"You got this Al," Hector whispers in my ear as I walk towards the mat.
Tommy looks at me, and doesn't smile or wink, like he usually does.
"Go!" Mom yells, and Tommy lunges at me. I easily dodge him, and punch straight at his nose, causing him to bleed. He lunges at me, but this time he pins me down. I try to pull away, but he just stares at me, not trying to hurt me. He uses one of his hands to hold both my arms over my head. He looks down at me, and I look up at him. A drop of blood falls from his nose and onto my cheek. He uses one of his big hands to wipe it off.
Millions of questions fly through my mind. I use all my strength to try to flip Tommy over, so I am pinning him down, but he stands up to fast for me to catch. He lunges at me, but I duck, and punch him in the side. Questions are still filling my head as I kick him in the side. He falls to his knees. I attempt to punch him, but he rolls to the ground and stands up. He tackles me and I groan. His shoulder hit me straight in the stomach. I am once again on the ground. His hands are on my throat and I reach mine up to his. I knee him straight in the "spot" and he falls to the ground. I stand up and just stand there, staring at him. What just happened?
I walk back to the crowd, still confused. Everyone stares at me. The awkwardness is broken by Mom yelling, "Go to lunch!"
We all walk towards the cafeteria, and I still don't say a word. Hector and Jo pull me to the side as everyone enters the cafeteria.
"What was that?" Jo asks.
"No idea." I say, and Hector looks at me and smiles.
"Good job Al," he says, and pulls me into a hug. We stand there, embracing each other, for what feels like hours, until he pulls away, our eyes meet, and he smiles again. Out of nowhere, I close the gap between us by colliding my lips into his.

Her small figure steps closer to me, and he lips meet mine. Her hands drape around my neck, and I place my hands on her waist. We kiss for what seems like hours, but she pulls away.
"I'm hungry," she says, and I laugh. "Can we go eat?"
I nod my head, and grab her hand as we walk into the cafeteria. Our fingers interlock, and we sit down side by side.
I quickly grab a hamburger, and Al does the same. Kevin, who sits across from us, shoots a glare at me, but I ignore it and look at Al.
She takes a big bite if her burger, getting ketchup all over her mouth. I laugh, and she looks at me.
"What?" She asks me.
"You got a little," I say, and wipe the ketchup off the side of her mouth. I smile, and she does the same, but I have a feeling Kevin is doing the complete opposite.
