--NICO P.O.V.--
All my life, the only thing I've ever seen was dark, depressing colors. No orange, purple, yellow, or green.
Just the three unimportant colors.
Black.
Gray.
White.
The colors were sickening. I've been told there are many more, much more, beautiful colors. Yet it's hard to imagine another color if you've never seen it.
I slouched through the school halls. Everywhere was empty right now. Everyone was at lunch.
Being the little person I was, nobody would notice me slip out of the cafeteria. So that's what I did.
I walked to the library, finding a little nook in the back, and layed down. My head rested on a soft pillow, my feet kicked up on a bean bag.
Slowly, my eyes shut. Today had been long and stressful. First the fire drill, then an actual fire in science.
What seemed like five seconds later, my eyes fluttered open.
"Hey." Someone talked, making me jump a little. I looked on the floor next to me, seeing a gray boy. He had a tinted white hair color and gray-ish eyes.
"Uh... hi."
"Hey," he repeated. "William Solace. Nice to meet you." He held out his hand for me to shake.
"Nico di Angelo," I said, taking his hand with a light grip.
Suddenly, there was a flash of highlighted color which I could only describe as yellow. Yellow just seemed to suit that color.
Then there was more black. Probably because I closed my eyes.
But when I opened them again, the world around me had changed. There were colors. Probably blue, brown, orange, pink, yellow. Some things I didn't even know a name for. My heart fluttered and raced with excitement.
Everything was so vibrant, so eye catching. Everything needed my attention, but the thing that stood out the most to me were a pair of eyes- their color could only be described as baby blue.
Will's eyes shimmered, his hair was a golden blond.
"Do you see this?" I asked the boy I'd just met. The world was so... amazing.
"See what?" He asked, looking around with mild interest.
My heart's fluttering stopped.
I let go of his hand.
Will turned around and left.
Just as the world was turning gray.
And white.
And black.

Hayran KurguSooo... this is my Solangelo One Shots book. There's fluff, angst, meme-based pinterest-inspired fluff. There will be some smut, but I'll make sure to put a warning at the top. By the way, I don't exactly know WHAT a One Shot is suppose to be, so it...
