Lily looked at Serena confused. She seemed to be confused a lot recently "But then How did you know I accidentally hurt Olivia?"
Serena gripped her wrist tighter out of anger "I just told you! I started to read her mind because I can't read yours and I had heard you guys were sisters!"
Lily flinched at that "Look I'm not trying to keep you from reading my mind!" She says looking Serena straight in the eyes.
Serena looked at her shocked "Wait you're not?" She grip on Lily loosened and Lily pushed her off of her
Serena was about to get really angry again when she saw Lily's red wrists "Did I do that?" She asked herself "I'm so sorry I just got really upset because I could read everyone's mind but yours and it just.." Serena's voice broke but she continued anyways "It just feels like I'm broken.. My power is everything to me without it... I don't know how I'd survive"
Serena finished and looked up at Lily apologetically "I really am sorry" Serena pleads almost begging for forgiveness
Lily sighed, giving in "It's okay but don't do that again" Lily stood up brushing herself off "I Won't forgive you a second time" Lily went to go sit down but heard Serena speak up
"Okay I understand" Serena sat down next to Lily, avoiding her gaze she said "By the way if you have any questions at all just ask" It looked to Lily like that took a lot out of her to say.
Lily thought about it for a second. She knew Serena probably meant about the homework but she just had to ask anyways "Why did everyone treat me like some sort of freak at school"
Serena laughed "It was because the school thought they had accepted a normal and everyone was told they couldn't use their powers on campus anymore" Serena was tapping her pencil on the desk looking a little lost in thought "It was like they told us to be someone we're not and everyone blamed you because of that"
Serena looked back at Lily "Of course now that everyone knows you're not a normal you'll be seeing a lot more powers around school" Serena made some hand motions that were probably supposed to be powers but Lily couldn't be sure.
Lily pushed her hair out of her face and laughed "What was that? An Airplane? A car crash?" Lily said teasingly
Serena frowned "No it was supposed to be flight and super speed. Was I really that bad?" Serena looked up at Lily sticking her tongue out and started laughing "Meanie!! I thought you were being serious for a second!" Serena playfully punched Lily "Come on let's get back to work"
Lily pouted "Awe But it's so hard!!" Lily dramatically throws her head down on the desk, groaning in pain when she actually hit the desk.
Serena just laughed "You wouldn't be in pain if you had just done your work instead" Serena froze for a second "Don't use your power on me please." Serena looked slightly afraid
Lily looked at her worried "I don't know how to control it" Lily then quickly added "But if it makes you feel better it doesn't really hurt anymore!" Lily tried to smile but it came off as fake and worried sick.
Serena smiled "Well I'm not feeling any pain so let's do this homework!!!" Serena said energetically.
Lily studied for hours on end with Serena and finally gave up when it was about eight o'clock
Serena looked at Lily "I'm done let's go out!" Serena said getting up and looking through Olivia's closet.
"Wait where are we going?" Lily got up and ran up to Serena "That's Olivia's stuff" Lily said pointing to all the clothes In the closet
Serena stopped and turned around to look at Lily "Where is your stuff? Not one of these will work anyways" Serena grabbed Lily's hand walking towards the front door
Serena stopped causing Lily to run into her "We're headed out!" She yelled opening the door and dragging Lily again
Lily pulled her hand from Serena's "W-Wait where are we going" She shivered from the cold, rubbing her arms "Are you going to kill me?"
Serena grabbed Lily's hand again, laughing, and continued walking "No We're going to my house We need to find you some decent clothes."
Serena walked through the forest getting Lily completely lost until Lily saw a clearing of houses "Are we there yet?" Lily asked assuming she's say yes
Serena sighed "No It's about a block from here." Serena took a right then a left and walked down a few houses till she stopped at one "This is my house" She walked up the driveway onto the porch and quickly closed her eye's and took a breath
Lily looked around then at Serena suspiciously "What are you doing?" Lily followed Serena and was about to knock when she heard Serena move
Serena grabbed a key from under a flower pot "I was making sure no one was paying attention to us" She unlocked the door and opened it holding it open for Lily
"Thanks" Lily said walking through the door as Serena shut the door behind them. Serena started walking up the stairs into what Lily assumed was her bedroom
Serena's bedroom was mostly blue and white with a single bed in the center, a fireplace off to the side, and two chair surrounding the fireplace. Lily continued looking around the room astonished. Serena's bedroom was huge!!
Serena walked over to the closet on the opposite side of the fireplace and pulled out a short blue dress and a short black dress. The dresses had spaghetti straps and were silky smooth. Both dresses looked exactly the same except for the color.
Serena Threw Lily the blue dress "Go try it on I'll be in the closet" Serena said closing the door
Lily tried to put on the dress on as fast as she could but it was so short if she bent over she was lucky it didn't show her underwear. "Done" Lily yelled as Serena came out
"Where are we going?" Lily asked trying not to stare at Serena
"To the club" Serena grinned
