Chapter 37: Thinking

Sophie‘s P.O.V
Scarlet is a very brave young woman, I also forgot to mention to her that she will be able to do magick (not a spelling mistake, how I want to spell it), at the age of eighteen, I am part witch, so when Scarlet is seventeen I will be able to tell her, but for now I will keep it a secret.
She already knows she is a Rare Blood but she doesn’t know what magick she can do yet, she can do much more than elements and mind reading… I just don’t know what it will be.
“Mum, are you alright?” Scarlet says
“Oh, yes sweetie, just thinking.”
“About what?” she questions
“I will tell you when you are old enough to know, you are too young to know now and you will abuse it, if I told you what is.”
“Okay mum.” She smiled at me and hugged me.
Scarlet’s P.O.V
“My mum said I will abuse something if she told me what it is. I already know that I’m a Rare Blood, what more could it be? I wonder what she was going to tell me. I think hard and long before I am interrupted with my mum’s sweet voice.
“Off to bed now, you have to be up early tomorrow,”
“Yes mum.” I rolled my eyes as I gave her a hug and a kiss before going to bed.
“Scarlet?” mum said.
“Yea mum?”
She replies “I’m sorry about Storm not coming over, with your father being here and ruining it for you.”
“It’s fine mum, she will understand.” I smile at my mum and go off to bed.
