Chapter 10: Double French
Friday, April 12 2013, 10:00 a.m.
The bell rang for second period. I pull out my timetable.
"It looks like we have double French together Scarlet." Jacob tells me. I agree with him and walk to our French class with him. Along the way I see Storm and ask her about lunch, she said she will meet us at the dining room and that we will have company, and lots of it.
Second and third lesson went by pretty fast. I've learnt a lot in French so far, but Spanish is one of the languages I love the most. I really wish we could do Spanish, but we can't. The school doesn't approve of Spanish which is a shame, (considering I am amazing at it well not amazing), because I'd be the best in my class if we were too able to do Spanish.
Third lesson was French, again. That's why I've learnt so much. I've managed to take in a lot of French. I know all the basic stuff, like... How are you, Hello, I'm okay. Things like that. I've also learnt a lot of the animals.
Many people are thanking me for choosing French. It's going to be really easy for me and my class mates to get along, well I hope so. Before I took French, Jacob told me that it was really hard for people to understand what Mrs Blanchard was talking about.
However, we are back to the basics, but more and more people are talking to me which is good. I was afraid that I'd have to talk to them first but I guess not, I like this way.
