I kept looking at the ground, not daring to rise my eyes. I felt so ashamed of myself. This pained me and even more, the look in my father's eyes hurt me.
I let him down. I failed. I shook my head with disappointment in myself.
I continued to walk with these thoughts.
When I got to the den area, I stayed away from the den and went to sit somewhere away from it.
I knew I wasn't allowed on the den's hill.
I noticed everyone else was laughing with smiles and talking to each other. They were all on the den's hill.
This isn't fair... I should the one sitting at the den...
I saw a tree to sit under. I plodded over and sat under the tree, with a sigh.
I'm so stupid, I said to myself. Why Omega? I frowned. I thought I would've done so much better, but I guess I was wrong...
Everyone that looked at me gave me a look of hatred and turned away from me. Some wolves even laughed at me or scowled at me.
One wolf, Champ, who got a higher rank, even said sarcastically to me, "Nice job at getting Omega rank," and another one, someone who I didn't care to know, smirked while passing by, "Stupid Omega."
All I did was look away with a frown.
I hated being the hated one by everyone.
Zach then passed me, he looked towards me with a big frown.
He was the only one who looked at me without a mean or angered look.
He only gave me a sad look.
When Alpha passed me, he let out a angry, low growl and ignored me. He didn't look at me.
I didn't blame them, I wouldn't probably look at the Omega either...
I laid down under the tree and put my head down on my paws.
Why was I always the unlucky one?
This thought frustrated me.
I noticed Alpha talking angrily to Beta at the den about something he was angry with, but I couldn't hear what it was clearly. I could only hear muffles. For some reason, it sounded like they were talking about me...
There were a finally a time where I could hear what they we're saying.
"How did my son end up as a Omega? I thought he would've had my blood for an Alpha!"
"Hmm. I guess he wasn't ought to be one."
"Are they certain that he got the Omega rank?"
Why would Alpha even care to ask that?
"Yes. Alpha, I have checked with every recorder, and all have said the same thing," Beta responded calmly.
Alpha sounded like he didn't want to agree with the truth.
"Who was his tester?" Alpha demanded.
