"GREGORY, YOU ASSHOLE!" the other person shouts at the line. Napa-ngewe naman ako dahil sa sigaw nito. Alam ko nag nagpupuyos na ito sa galit.

"You tease me, Dominic. I told you don't flirt with her but you smile like an idiot puppy in front of her." May inis sa sinabi ko dito. Dominic Monteverde isone of my beloved cousin, sya din ang taong kumausap kay Margaux sa hospital kanina.

Pabalik na ako sa mansion nang matanggap ko ang tawag nito, I just give him a small thrill.

"Don't be an ass. Ginawa ko lang yun para kumagat sya sa walang kwenta mong plano."

"I told you my Plan B but you still continue to flirt." Kilala ko ang pinsan kong to, silent but dangerous. Unlike Troy mahahalata mo kaagad kung minamanyakis ka na nito but Dominic is different.

Dahil sa earpiece nito kanina, I heard everything that they talk. My plan B if she ignore Dominic's offer is to use Carol but my super beloved cousin start to flirt.

"Come on, Gregory I'm just playing around. Na bo-bored ako sa hospital but look the plan was a success. So, bring back the investments that you pulled-out to my hospital, fucker."

Napangiti naman ako sa seryusong sinabi nito. Pinatay ko na ang tawag.

Lolo Samuel was in the living room while talking to my cousin Carol. Magiliw na tumatawa ang matanda.

"The house look happier this past few days." I said just to get their attention.

"Gregory" nagmano naman ako dito bago umupo sa tabi ni Carol.

"We just discussing about the investments in MMag, Kuya Gregory." Si Carol.

I leaned on her shoulder to rest like a child. Sanay na ako o kami na maglambing sa mga pinsan namin.

"Really?" napataas naman ang kilay ko sa matanda. Alam ko kasing napipilitan lang itong maglagay nang investments sa MMag. He is a supportive towards us, Carol is spoiled to him but when it comes to investments and business he's super strict. He wants a result first before giving a trust to that business and gives the investment that was needed.

But Carol and Ashley's business is an exception.

The old man cleared his throat and changes the subject.

"I heard you file for a leave." He said.

"Can I?" kahit pa nag file na ako alam kong nasa kanya parin ang huling salita.

"One Week?" paninigurado nito.

I nodded but still leaning on Carol's shoulder that was checking his phone.

"Make it a month or months." Sagot nang matanda. Napakunot naman ang noo ko dahil sa sinabi nito.

"I'm strict when it comes to work but I didn't forget that I'm also a parent. You already have done a lot for the family, Gregory. It's your turn to relax and find someone worth for your attention." After saying those words, Nanay Pat arrived and gives my Granpa his tea and leaves us Carol here in living room.
