Vish seemed to stop breathing for an instant. She looked up and saw her brother. He was olive toned and had more curls. His clothes were in shambles, with rips everywhere.
"B-ben?" She whispered.
It was like she was afraid if she spoke loudly, he would cower away like an animal.
"Vish?"
Both siblings in tears to see each other. The girl got up and hugged with all her strength. He hugged back a bit weakly.
"Are you hungry or thirsty? I brought an apple an-"
"It's okay! I've been hunting deer and stuff... I got my animal form!" He reassured her, cutting Vish off.
The teen spotted moving, she was so happy. He got his form? It can take vampires up to their millions to get them. How has he gotten one at 13?!
"What is it?" She asked softly.
He smirked and shifted into what his animal was.
"Oh my god...."
Vish's brother had the form of a fox. A bright auburn color piercing into her eyes.
The fox jumped up barking before transforming and growing. The now 13 year old looked uncomfortable.
"Do you dig it?" He asked.
His older sister just smiled and shrunk. His eyes grew in surprise as he noticed what she was.
"Okay, I thought you might be a dog. No guesses there, but a golden retriever puppy? Gosh you had to be more adorable than me!" Ben complained.
Then he became a fox. Together they ran to the car. Running has never been more fun. Imagine having more adrenaline. Not huffing and puffing makes it easier too.
Vish looked and her brother for a split second before facing back to the forest. She couldn't believe she had found her brother! They had to go and visit the hospital.
She was sure Carlos would love to see Ben again. At least, she hoped so. The girl became normal once again along with her brother.
"We're going to the hospital to see Carlos. There's blood in the bag." Vish told Ben, getting in the driver's seat.
"Wait, Carlos is in the hospital?!" Ben exclaimed.
Vish flinched at the sound but nodded. She started the car and drove off, not aware of the danger behind them. The brother learning of what has been happening. Then something terrifying happened. The car skidded to the side with a loud screech.
"What's happening?!" Ben yelled
"My car was just shot!" Vish screamed, frightened.
"Found you. Hide and seek is over."
