It fell and it fell, tapping the window pane. Dripping down the glass and pooling at the bottom. Each drop was placed, and they kept coming and coming. It didn't take long before the storm hit, and too many were falling. They fell and they fell, all at once. Never stopping.
It sat there, looking out the window, where they hit hard. All at once. It stared at them, thinking and wondering about what it was doing. Why was it here? Wasn't It supposed to be somewhere else? It couldn't remember. Not right now, It thought, it's all good. It sat there and kept watching.
Why would they fall so hard? Was it just the day? A sad day, It thought. A very sad day, It couldn't turn Its head over to something else. They kept hitting the glass, It could hear them. Each and every single one of them trying to get in. It wouldn't let them though, the window, It didn't want to get hit with them. It didn't want to be drenched in rain water, so pure and crisp, but cold and unnecessary.
