8: They'll Never Know

I think it's rather funny at this point.

Very humorous, I must say.

A person can be totally oblivious to how another feels,

And the one that feels doesn't actually know how they feel.

Emotions, Life, Sexuality, Relationships: Complicated.

They could hangout together everyday, laughing at each other or with each other.

The discrete gazes, touches; everything and in-between.

It's not that one person is leading the other on at all. It's just that the one person who is idiotic, chaotic, and naive thinks that they might be feeling some kind of way, and that the other might to, but they'll never know because they don't want to ruin what they have.

Friendship, at the moment.

But, could it ever actually be more?

The thing is, they might never know, and the reason why may seem a bit sad to some.

Acceptance from all is a hard thing to come by. It's not talking about looking for validation from others on ones life choices, but the feeling of acceptance and support from those who they love dearly.

Wholeheartedly.

If the people who are kept closest to the heart were to turn on you - for something as small as sexual preference - then there should certainly be no hope.

Never ending madness at the end of the day.

Continuously and inevitably dissipating into the eternal abyss of hopelessness, confusion, anger, and pain.

Otherwise simply known as:

falling.
