New York Time

I open the door, and yup it's him.

Blake, the boy who asked me out.
Who i've lowkey been crushing on for the longest time.

"Hey" I say quietly.

He smiles at me and walks in.

"Hey, you look amazing" he tells me.

I can feel myself blushing and i smile back.

"Let me get my bag and we can leave" I tell him before going to another room to get my bag.

I walk back and we leave the house.
We get into his car and drive off, where? I have no idea.

We end up at Chipotle, yes Chipotle. He asked me where he should take me and i told him to not bring me somewhere fancy. Well i guess he listened because i love Chipotle.

We walk in and sit down at the table.
We order and talk a little, get to know eachother a little more.
Once we get our food we start eating while making all kinds of jokes.
Damn this is fun.

After the meal we walk out and walk around the city. New York looks beautiful at night. All the lights and colors. Perfect.

After a while we go back to the car and he drives me back to my house.
Once we get there i get out of the car but he stops me.

"Hey Jess.."

"Mhm?"

"Wanna do this again?"

I smile at him and feel my cheecks turning red again

"Ofcourse i do"

He smiles back and nods.

"I'll text you okay?"

"Mhm, and thanks. I had a lot of fun"

"I did too, bye"

He unlocks the car and i get out. I wave before he drives off.

This was one of the best nights i've ever had. I finally feel like someone actually cares about me.
I walk back into the house and lock the door behind me.
I look in the mirror close to the front door and see myself smiling from ear to ear.

I sit down on the couch and grab my phone. Still completely smiling.

I unlock my phone to look at his texts before i tell him what happened.
