[Continuing the last chapter]

I pull away again after and notice the group is gone. I looks at Jess who looks back surprised. She smiles.

"Uh t-thanks for making them back off." She says and i smile.

We walk back to her house, nothing special. Once we walk in Jess' aunt is standing by the door for some odd reason. She gives me another dirty look and turns over to Jess.

"Jessica you didn't introduce me to your friend yet" She says.

"Oh right, Daniel this is my aunt Barbara. And well aunt this is Daniel" Jess says.

"It's mrs. Parker but nice to meet you" She says holding out her hand.

"Yeah, nice to meet you too" I shake her hand.

"So, what's your last name Daniel"

"It's Seavey" I slightly smile, feeling kind off awkward.

I look at Jess and she seems to be pretty entertained watching this.

"And how old are you?"

"I'm 18"

"Stay here" Jess mouths to me before walking off.

"What do you do for a living? You finished school, am i right?"

"Yes, i'm a musician" I look in the direction Jess disappeared in, but no sign of her.

"Classic, jazz?" She asks "or are you one of those rock types" she adds with a disguisted look.

"No, i do pop" I slightly smile.

"And how did you meet Jess?"

"Uh, we bumped into each other on the street when i visited the city.. We kept talking and became friends" I lie, she would probably use the truth as reason to kick me out or so.

She's about to ask something else when Jess walks back over to us.

"I'm sorry to interrupt but Daniel said he was really tired when we were on our way home. I will bring him to the room he'll stay in" Jess says before pulling me with her upstairs.

"How much did she ask you?" She asks once we get into a room which i expect to be hers.

She sits down on the bed.

"Let's just say it was a little more intense than the interviews i had. But it's okay i guess" I chuckle.

"Do you want to... watch a movie?" She asks nervously.

"Sure" I smile sitting next to her.

She puts a movie on and sits back on the bed. Leaning on her pillow, half sitting and half laying down. I do the same next to her and we watch. After a while i notice Jess fell asleep on my shoulder and i smile at her. I pause the movie and look at her, she looks so peaceful. She's doing something with me, like that kiss earlier. To me it wasn't just a kiss to help her. It was more. I kiss her forehead

HA, YA THINK THEY'RE GONNA GET TOGETHER AND HAVE BABIES IN PEACE NOW? MY NAME WOULDN'T BE JEN IF THAT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, WAIT FOR IT LMAO.

Also sorry for not updating, i was tryna pre-write some chapters for my other books and well got a writers block :-)
