Her Boys

Alec's POV

I can't believe she died. I can't survive now knowing that I lost two out of three of the most important girls in my life, I can't handle it. I lost Amara and now Allison?

Third Person POV

At The Institute.

Sitting in his room that was filled with memories he held the ring he had given his wife and the bracelet that his best friend made for him when they were six. Tears fell from his face and smells oozed from his body. He hadn't showered, eaten or stepped out of his room in days and his night and days blurred . He hoped it was all a dream but he didn't sleep he thought if he were to awake up and this wasn't a dream he was sure he'd go out of his mind. 

No one dared step foot in his room but every once and awhile he'd hear Izzy's voice outside the door asking him if he was alright and that she brought him some food but when he didn't respond she'd walk away leaving a plate of food on the ground.

Today was different though. Jace came into the room demanding that Alec was to get out if his room and do something other than mope around. "Amara AND Allison wouldn't want you to live like this- if you would actually call it living." Jace spoke as soon as he stepped foot in his room "I can hear her saying 'Alec get the fuck out of bed and meet me in the training room in two minutes'" Jace knew they trained every Tuesday.

"That's the thing Jace!" Alec spoke back "I won't be meeting Amara in the training room in two minutes or she won't be helping me with my roundhouse kick, or she won't be saying anything because SHE IS GONE JACE!!!" he paused again "And Alli-" he stopped "Allison died and I can't see her anymore. I can't feel her anymore . I can't tell her that I love her anymore. I can't even hear her yell at me anymore all because I couldn't save her Jace." his voice cracked "I couldn't save ether of them" tears weld in both of the warrior's eyes as they hugged.

Jace was able to convince Alec to at least shower and eat some sort of food but he didn't leave his room just yet. When the two knew he was washed and fed he they didn't mind leaving him in his room. That's how Alec lived his life for a while and he hope that if he stopped living like she did that they would be together but he knew that wouldn't be what she would want so he stayed in his room as the world went on without him. 

Jace's POV.

It has been two months since we heard form Amara, one since we heard from Magnus. I can't help Alec on my own and it hurts because I know exactly how he feels- him being my parabatai-, it was always Amara who dealt with emotional Alec because she knew ho to talk to him and yeah me and him we're brothers but Amara and Alec, the two managed to be closer to one another  more than anyone else including me. i know Alec can't do this without her hell I don't think that i can do this whole life thing without her, it has been a struggle the institute is falling apart, with Valentine having all three of the immortal Instruments the clave is getting anxious with Valentine being a ghost for over a month.    

Our next mission was assigned today, we're being sent to a small town in California called Beacon Hills and hopefully it'll give us some clues about where Amara is.
