"Who are you talking about?" he asked being coy.
It was easy for Jace to figure out how to get underneath his skin seeing that Jace knew that Raphael was close to Magnus. "Raphael, do you know who she is?" Raphael didn't speak "Magnus would be so disappointed in you."
Jace hit a nerve. "What does he have to do with this?" Raphael snapped.
"You weren't the only child the Magnus took in." Jace said "And the girl that you've taken as your new hostage is his little girl."
"you're lying , it hasn't been that long since I seen him." he spoke back.
"Magnus said you've haven't been by in the past twenty-five years. She twenty-one." Jace notified him "His little girl came into his life when she was one." the realization made Raphael dead body shiver but after he looked to another vampire telling him to fetch this girl. It only took a few minutes before he heard his best friend fighting the vampires. she became quiet when she was in the room and was able to see Jace.
she called out his name but with a stern look she knew not to pry on the reasons for why he was here Raphael asked for confirmation "how do you know Magnus Bane?" Amara looked to Jace you nodded his head.
"He is my father"Amara answered.
"It's not likely that he takes in Shadowhunters." He said back.
"I must be really special then." she told him. No one spoke "I've heard about you Raphael, his son right?" No one spoke once again. "Well Magnus told me about you, about my big brother, the one he so badly wanted me to meet." The initial shock appeared on his face but then went void of emotion, he looked to the vampires holding Amara and with a nod of his head his vampires let her go.
"My apologies." Raphael spoke. Jace was about to tell him off but was stopped by Amara.
"I'll see you around big brother." they walked to the door, Amara turn to face him. "No hard feelings." then the two best friends walked out.
