Annie's Pov
I was packing for my trip to Toronto. To be honest, I'm a little scared and regretting it. But I can't back out now. I promised my mom that I'll make her proud. Plus I already bought my plane ticket.
My flight leaves tonight and I'm not ready. I told my mom that I would find a hotel to stay at once I get there. I feel bad since I'm using most of Caleb and my moms earnings.
"Annie?" I heard a faint whisper from the door of my bedroom. I turn around to see Hayley holding a her teddy bear. "Yeah Hayley?" I smiled.
She walked in and sat next to me. "I-I don't want you to leave." She mumbled, almost crying. "Don't worry Hay," I pulled her into a hug. "I'll be back before you know it." I smiled.
I pulled away. "I want you to have this." Hayley said, handing me her teddy. I looked into her eyes. "Every time you look at it, it'll remind me of you." She said.
I took the bear out of her hands and hugged her tightly. "I'll never forget you Hay."
Hayden's Pov
Mr.Banks was showing us around the auditorium. John, Kenz and I were going to be sitting in the audience seats with clipboards.
"How many people are you estimating to be at the auditions?" My dad asked. "Probably around 50,000 since the one and only Hayden Summerall is going to be one of the judges." Mr.Banks smiled.
"Ehem." Johnny cleared his throat. "Oh, Johnny and Mackenzie too...of course." Mr.Banks added. Kenzie rolled her eyes.
After the mini tour, we all left to hang at my house. "So Kenz, wanna reschedule that date?" I smiled. "Sure when?" She asked. "Tomorrow? Right before the auditions?"
"Sorry, John and I were kinda planning to hangout." Kenzie frowned. I looked at Johnny who was trying to avoid eye contact with me.
"Oh." I sighed. To make things less awkward, Johnny started a conversation that I could be less interested in. I kinda zoned out.
Sometimes I think Kenzie's loosing interest in me. Before Kenzie and I started dating, Johnny always was flirtatious around her.
Whatever.
