6. Its him

I sit in the waiting room on the ground floor of the hospital. Ino was taking forever and she said she was going to meet me here. Suddenly the elevator opens and Ino rushes out. She spots me and runs over. She stops right in front of me and places her hands on her knees, panting and trying to catch her breath. "I'm sorry I'm late". I wave it off and stand. "Its fine, don't worry about it, now lets go". She nods and the two of us walk out of the hospital and to our cars. I had unintentionally parked right next to her. Before she got in she looked over at me. "Just follow me and I'll take us there". I nod and get into m car, turning on the radio. I loved to listen to music while I drove, I found it relaxing.

Timeskip

I followed Ino for about half an hour before she pulled over to a private football field. People would usually hire it for practices so I expected it to be here. Ino parked her car next to the pitch and began unpacking first aid kits and such from her car. While I had been waiting for Ino back at the hospital I had gotten changed out of my work attire and into some shorts and a hoodie. I shoved my hands into my pockets and looked around, there was no one here yet. Ino had finished setting up and had lay down on the grass. I lay next her and looked up at the sky, it was a lovely day. "So why exactly did you want to do this?", I ask her. "Well I want a hot boyfriend and they take their shirts off and stuff". I giggled at her statement. Ino was always like this, she always had crushes and loved to talk about boys. "So do you know much about the guy you kissed on Sunday?", she asks. I shake my head. "No I know absolutely nothing, not only was it dark but he was also wearing a mask". "Can't you just Konan?". "No, she's gone somewhere with out service, I planned on asking her about it before she left but I forgot. I was hoping she could ask her boyfriend who it was and then I could meet up with him or something". Ino sits up and giggles. "Aw (Y/n) wants a boyfriend", she coos. I scoff and roll away from her.

Suddenly a few cars pull up and people start to get up. "You guys are late!", Ino calls out. They were a really strange bunch. First person to walk over was a man who wore a orange mask, when he saw me he hugged me. "Ino-chan brought a pretty girl this time", he giggled. He reminded me of a child but it was fun when he spun me around. Ino sweat dropped. "Karin is pretty, Tobi!", she calls out. The man named Tobi put me down and I giggled. He blushed behind his mask and then held his hand out to shake mine. "Tobi's name is Tobi, what is the pretty girls name?". I shake his hand and smile at him. "My name is-". I was suddenly cut off by someone shouting my name. I turned and saw my old friend from Konaha high. "Oh my god Itachi I haven't seen you in forever", I say giving him a big hug. He tightly squeezes me and then lets go, the other team members seemed to just stand there watching us. "How do you know each other?", a man with orange hair and piercings asks. "We went to high school together", Itachi says. I nod. He nods back and turns to look at Ino. "Is she the other person doing it with you?". She nods. "Yeah, Karin got injured so she can't do it anymore". "I hope she's not annoying like that last bitch", a silver haired guys says. I look over the team and recognize them. "You guys are the Akatsuki right?". They all nod. I go over by Ino and she hugs me. "This is going to be so fun!", she squeals, hugging me. I don't even bother hugging back.

Once Ino is done with her craziness she decides to introduce me. "If you didn't already know this is my friend (Y/n), I went to high school with her and we also studied together at university".  The orange haired guy nods and looks at his team members. "The guy with the orange mask it Tobi, the guy with the black mask is Kakuzu, silver hair over there is Hidan, the blonde is Deidara, the redhead is Sasori, the green haired guys are Zetsu (A/n: Lets pretend they are twins instead of one halved person) and I am Pein". I nod and smile at the others. Suddenly something went off in my brain. Wasn't Pein the name of Konan's boyfriend? I looked at him and shook it off, I've seen the type of guys Konan is into and he isn't in that range. I brush it off and politely smile at the group. "Its nice to meet you all". The all mutter the same but at the same time so it sounds like a jumble of words. Suddenly another car pulls up and a guy runs over. "Sorry I'm late", he says. His hands were placed on his knees as he puffed. The others forgave him and then he looked up. My eyes widen as large a dinner plates. It was him. Kisame Hoshigaki.
