Therese's Point Of View
I felt a warm hand on my cheek, it was just probably Louis.
I opened my eyes to be greeted by my mom, making me quite disappointed actually.
"You're okay." She smiles in relief. "Did he take care of you?" she asks and I knew who she was talking about. Louis.
"He did."
"I knew Cody was such a great guy."
"Mom.."
"What Cody is a great and sweet guy." She smiles ever so widely.
"Mom.." I groan annoyed at her thinking Cody even stopped by.
"Yeah?"
"Cody didn't even bother visit me here, Louis took care of me."
Her eyes widen. "Is Louis the guy in here awhile ago?"
"Yeah. Where is he?"
"He just had a phone call, he said he'll be back in a minute." She informed me and I nod.
"I see he loves you very much."
"How could you tell?"
"The way he looked at you when you were asleep and how he holds his hand with yours."
"Really?"
"Y-" she was cut off by Louis entering the room. He politely smiles at my mother and when my mom turns away to look back at me again, he gave me a wink and a huge smile causing me to laugh at him as well.
My mom shows me her smirk as she sees me smiling at Louis.
"Tssk.." I silently whisper to my self as I playfully roll my eyes at her.
"Take a seat here son." My mom pats the seat beside her.
Louis nods his head and sits beside my mom.
"Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter." She places her hand on Louis shoulder.
"It's nothing really, I always do guard her." Louis shrugs whilst smiling at me.
"Aw." My mom coos. "Sorry." She gently places her hand up to cover her own mouth making the three of us laugh.
We were disturbed when someone's phone rang.
"Oh excuse me." My mom raises her index finger assuring she'll be back in a minute.
She exits the room leaving Louis and I behind.
"Sorry for my mom." I sigh.
"That's alright." He intertwines my fingers with his making my cheeks flush making me look down at our hands. I guess he did notice when his mouth curled up to form a smirk.
"Are you feeling better?" He draws smalls circles in my hands and watched him play with my fingers.
"Yeah, I wish I could just go home."
"Ah, I talked to the doctor earlier he said you could go home tomorrow." His gray eyes lit up as he stared into my brown ones.
I couldn't help but return the warm smile he's showing, I'm happy despite of all the blackmails I receive from Cody's friends because I'm happy with him. I'm happy with Louis. My whole world seems to slow down when I'm with Louis, I'm positive Cody and I will be nothing else that friends, if his friends stop threatening me. And I knew if the only way to save Louis was still go out with Cody, I'll do anything to keep the ones I love safe.
"Is everything alright?" He cups my cheeks with his cold hand, whilst looking at me worriedly.
"Y-yeah." I stuttered.
"I think I know you well enough that you're still a shitty liar." He sighs not breaking his gaze.
Thankfully my mom bursts through the doors hurriedly, and trying to catch her breath.
"Sweetie, I'm sorry I have to go back to work it's an emergency the biggest companies came and I'm here and nobody-" She looks everywhere around the room except me, but i cut her off.
"Mom, it's okay Louis is here with me." I assured her that i'll be alright.
"Yeah Mrs. Cox, I'll take care of her." Louis seconds.
"Thank you so much Louis, and by the way you could call me Anna." She waves her hand to both of us and I gave her a small nod and with that she closes the door behind her.
Why does she keep leaving me behind? Sometimes I think Louis is the only one for me now. And I'll keep him safe because he's the only one that I have.

Louis Tomlinson's POV
"I can't help but wonder why my mom is so comfortable around you." I raised my brow as I listened to her and showed off my smirk.
"I'm good with the ladies." I raise my brows up and down.
I watched as her features softened, her gaze shifts to everything else but me. Fuck, fuck i messed up.
"Thea.. Thea.. i didn't mean it that way." I immediately apologized. I'm such a fuck up.
"Yeah, it's okay."
"Baby.." I say lowly whilst cupping her cheeks in my hands forcing her to look at me in the eyes, her dark brown eyes that I fell for are filled with sadness and disappointment.
"You're the only one that I love, do you understand that?" I sincerely confessed, but instead she looks away again breaking our eye contact.
"Thea.." I beg tilting her chin up to face me. "I'm sorry." I kiss her nose, "I love you." I mumbled. "I love you." I kissed every inch of her while mumbling I love you.
"I love you very much." I place a long sweet kiss on her soft lips, causing her to giggle.
"I love you more." She gives in.
"More?" I questioned, I pretended to be shocked.
"Yes more." She repeated.
"No one could love you more than me." I press my forehead against hers.
"Oh really?" I sense her voice is full of humor. The two of us staring at each others eyes.
"Yes, only if we weren't in this shitty hospital I'll prove it, I'll take you here right now."
I noticed her cheeks turn into a crimson color, making me smirk knowing that my words had that certain affect on her.
"I love you Thea." I kissed her nose making a sweet smile appear on her face.
"I love you Louis."

Yay no cliffhanger!
I'm so sorry it took 4 days for me to update again and this chapter is short :( I was so busy! It was my sister's birthday and we watched a concert so I didn't really have the time to write.
