"Mi amor!~" A certain Spaniard sang. He skipped happily to Belgium who was making waffles.

"Jyes?" The sweet angelic voice answered, a smile covered her face.

⠀

"Te amo~" He chuckled, giving her a peck on the cheek. A small pink tint covered her face as she continued with the waffles. Once they were finished, she gave him a plate full of waffles and went to sit at the table with him sitting across from her.

They ate in a peaceful silence, giving each other lovey-dovey looks.

After breakfast was finished and dishes are washed, they went out on a walk. They held each other's hands as they strolled down to the park.

It was quite sunny, and they both sat on the bench just enjoying the scene.

⠀

Spain, however, was sweating like no man's land. He fidgeted with his fingers a bit.

"Are jou okay?" Belgium asked as she saw him fidget. Spain stuttered as he took a deep breath.

⠀

"M-mi amor.. It has been a while since we known each other.. and... a-and-an-and I would l-like to take it to the next st-...step." He fumbled into his pockets and took out a small velvet box. Belgium gasped, knowing what he was doing.

Spain knelt down on one knee in front of her and asked, "Mi hermosa flora~ will tú marry me?"

⠀

She couldn't hold her excitement anymore and tackled him in a hug after yelling a very obvious 'yes.' He sighed in relief and carried her home.

That night was one of the best nights both had.
