Gauri was about to leave Oberoi Mansion with unstoppable tears, when suddenly she stopped, felt dizzy, fainted and fell down. Anika sees this and run towards her.

A tensed: Gaurii...

She taps her cheeks and puts her head on her lap.

A: Shivaay... Om...

Shivaay and Om comes and see Gauri on floor. Om froze at the spot to see Gauri in this condition, he was not able to move an inch as if his soul and all his strength is gone away. Shivaay patted on his shoulder to bring him back. He immediately run towards Gauri with full wet eyes and lifts her up and lays her on sofa. While, Bhavya brings water and Om sprinkles it on her face. She get conscious and gets up. Everyone gets relieved especially Om, he smiles with still wet eyes. Gauri sees him and they have a painful eye lock.

S: Gauri, are you ok?

G:Ji... Sorry for making you all tense.

A: Are you idiot? I will beat you with my chameli. We went pale to see you like this.

Gauri smiles seeing their love for her, but then her eyes meet Om's and she remembers their fight and tears start to form in her eyes. She tries to get up.

G: I should leave now.

O: No, there is no need, let the doctor come, get check up done then you can leave.

G: No...

S: Gauri, Om is right, you are not well, how will you go.

G: No Bade Bhaiya, I am fine, just felt a little dizzy, (eyeing Om) and even I don't want to be a burden on anyone and maybe some people will not like me staying here.

Om understands she is referring to him and he feels guilty for yelling at her. Shivaay understands that something happened between Rikara by observing their expressions. He then sees Om signalling him to do something because she is not going to listen to him and he nods.

S: Gauri, you are not burden on anyone, you are my sister and sisters are never a burden.

G: I know Bade Bhaiya but I can't stay here, Namaste.

She gets up to leave but Anika stops her.

A: Ok fine Gauri, if you want to go then go but driver will drop you because I will not let you go alone.

Gauri nods because she cannot argue with her Bhaujai because no one can compete her. She leaves and Om goes to his room a little relaxed that she will reach home safely.

At night, Om didn't have dinner, he stayed in his room for the whole day. He has been thinking about all his moments with Gauri, his change in behavior, their fight and all.

O: Why do i keep thinking about her? Why is she affecting me a lot? I feel different whenever I am with her that only happens with her. Why do I get hurt when she gets injured? I can't see tears in her eyes. Why does my blood burn when I see her with Raghav? Why does my heart wants to spend more and more time with her? It feels like if she leaves then there is no purpose of my life. But why? Why is she affecting me this much?...

He was talking to himself, more like questioning himself, when Shivaay enters in his room.

S: Because you Love her.

Om looks at him shocked.

O: Shivaay, you know...

S: That you don't believe in love, right?

O: Yes.

S: But how can you forget the words you spoke? When I was not able to accept that I love Annika, that time you made me realize the importance of love. And what were you used to say... Ishq pe hoga yakeen, Ishq ho jaane ke baad. Now you are doing the same as I did.
