It had been a week since Martin and his companions left FeverBrook after they mourned the loss of their good friend. They had been traveling nonstop towards Dragas the home of Lord Ragoul in hopes to rescue Mien from her fate in the hands of the tyrant. They did their best to stay off the main roads so not to draw attention to themselves or be recognized by the enemy. Also, they decided to travel light so they could go longer distances before having to stop and rest. Along the way they ran into a few sentinels which Martin and Azura dispatched quickly. Other than that it has been a long and quiet journey for the three.

Martin spotted what looked like a small pond not far ahead.

"Hey, I think we should stop and set camp for the night." Martin said looking to the others. "This looks like a decent spot."

"No arguments here." Replied Adal. "My ass needs a break from riding all day."

"Same." Said Azura. "I could also use a bath and that pond looks refreshing."

Martin nodded. "I was thinking the same thing. Adal and I will set up camp if you would like to go and clean up first?"

"Sounds good, thank you." Azura replied before heading off towards the pond.

She looked around as she made her way towards the inviting waters. There were enough trees surrounding the place that no one from a distance could see the pond. Water lilies and lotus flowers were scattered all over. The way the sunlight shined through the trees made it look as if the water was sparkling. The beauty of the place was absolutely breathtaking she thought. She looked around to make sure no one could see her. When she felt that no one could, she quickly got undressed and dove into the water.

She was surprised that the water was actually warm and not as cold as she expected. She began kicking and splashing as she swam around enjoying the refreshing feel of it on her skin.

It wasn't long till Azura returned and let Martin and Adal know that they could take their turn in the pond cleaning up. Martin was okay with letting Adal go next since he was still working on trying to get the campfire lit.

"May I?" Asked Azura as she nodded her head towards the wood Martin had prepared for the fire.

"By all means go for it." He replied.

Azura rubbed her fingers together and a small flame ignited at the tips of them. She then pointed them towards the wood and it burst into flames.

Martin shook his head. "You make it look so easy."

"The small things are easy. They come natural to me. But the things that you can do from your training I can't even imagine doing."

Martin couldn't help but to stare at her. The way her lips moved when she spoke. The way her slick wet hair rested on her shoulders and stuck to her skin. The glistening in her light brown eyes as she looked at him. The beauty she possessed in all aspects of her body. He was so wrapped up in awe that he didn't even notice that she was waiting for him to reply.

"Martin? Martin?"

"Huh, yeah what? Sorry."

"Are you okay? What are you looking at?"

"You, your hair."

"My hair? What's wrong with my hair?"

"Oh, nothing. Nothing is wrong with your hair. I was just..."

Azura grabbed a few strands of her hair and looked at it.

"Oh, it's still wet. I can fix that."

She called forth the winds and used it to blow dry her hair. Within a few moments her hair was completely dry again.

She smiled. "There, all better now."
