"Welcome Martin, it is a pleasure to finally meet you in person." Ragoul said with a half crooked smile.

Martin and his companions looked at each other. They were stunned. How did Ragoul know who Martin was they wondered.

Martin looked back at him. "How do you know who I am?"

Ragoul smiled. "I know everyone in the Kingdom of Elements. Nothing and no one comes to my kingdom without my knowing."

"Your kingdom!" Azura huffed.

"Oh, hello again princess. I am glad you are awake from your deep sleep. No hard feelings I hope. You do know what I did wasn't personal."

"Like hell it wasn't!" Azura yelled. "You attacked my family directly. You're a murdering bastard with no remorse!"

Ragoul waved a hand. "Stop, you're making me blush with your kind words."

Azura instead of replying to the remark just glared at him.

Martin was beginning to realize that they were dealing with a madman and not just a blatant killer. He hadn't been around enough to know how bad this guy truly was. But from the way the man talked Martin could tell this guy was truly and undeniably crazy. It frightened him more than he was already.

"Did you know we were coming here or did you just get lucky?" Asked Adal curiously.

"It is funny you should ask. I was just asking myself the same question. But honestly, I do not believe in luck so therefor I must have known correct?"

"How could he have known?" Whispered Martin.

"I don't think he did. He is just messing with us." Replied Azura clearly disgusted.

"So if you knew we were coming then why didn't you set a trap for us?" Asked Adal.

Ragoul frowned. "Now why would I set a trap for my honored guests?"

Martin was confused. "What do you mean your guests?"

"Yes, my guests. If I were here to kill you I wouldn't be standing here talking to you now would I."

"I suppose not." Replied Martin. "Then what are you doing here and what do you want with us?"

Ragoul began pacing. "Well, I wanted to meet the man I was going to torment mentally and physically before I kill him. There is no need to kill you now since I know I can kill you at any given time. So I figured I would make an appearance and begin with your mental torture first. That way when I do decide to end your life, I will be doing you a favor."

"You're sick!" Spat Azura.

"Again, you are so kind." Ragoul smirked. "Anyway, none of that is relevant. I came here to let you know I have one of your companions in my dungeons. She is a young beauty I must say. I know you won't leave behind a friend so letting you go today won't be a problem. You will come to me in time. And I will be waiting. Good day."

"Wait, who is she what does she look like?" Martin pleaded.

Ragoul opened the door and turned back around. "All you need to know is she is the one who gave me your names when I tortured her." Then he walked outside and closed the door.

"Who would he be talking about unless he means Mien?" Asked Azura.

"You're probably right. It has to be Mien. I will do everything in my power to get her back safely." Martin said while gritting his teeth.

"And we will help you my boy." Adal said sternly.

"Yes, we will." Azura proclaimed.

The three of them headed down to the first floor and checked outside to see if it was clear. They spotted Lord Ragoul ordering his army to evacuate the city. They watched as the army loaded their wagons and horses and prepared for their departure. It wasn't long till Ragoul and his army were long gone and the city went back to its normal state.
