"Marc? Marc? I think he's waking up." I heard Kendall say.

I swang up on my bed gasping for air but then immediately started making sounds of pain while grabbing my arm.

"Relax Marc." Kendall said as she held on to my hand and took a seat beside me on the bed.

"Kendall w-w-what happened? What time is it?" I asked as I rubbed the back of my head.

"It's morning and don't worry about what happened." Kendall replied nervously, "Here drink your soup." Kendall handed me a bowl of soup and said.

I took a spoon full and tasted it but my tongue began twisting in my mouth at the taste. Reluctantly, I swallowed it then said,

"I'm gonna be completely honest with you.......It taste like piss." I said.

"Well Aldon made it so it's no surprise." Kendall replied.

"Hey! I have you know that my soup is the best dish in the underworld." Aldon replied coming down from the window frame.

"Yeah the underworld. Filled with spirits. Without digestive systems or taste buds." I joked.

Aldon's confidence was destroyed and he shrugged his shoulders and took a seat on my bed.

"Is it that bad?" He asked while looking at us.

Kendall and I looked at each other before looking back at Aldon and nodding.

"Ugh." Aldon sighed then lay on his back on the bed.

"Now seriously, what happened last night? The last thing I remember was fighting Dave and jumping off the roof." I said.

"Yeah you fell and broke some bones but you will be alright." Kendall replied instantly.

I began grabbing the same arm again in pain.

"What's this for then?" I asked as I looked down at a bandage wrapped around the part of my arm I held on to.

Kendall and Aldon exchanged a look fear before coming clean.

"Fine you actually...." Kendall began saying.

"Crashed into.....that silver sword when you umm hit the.......ground." Aldon interrupted while sitting up on the bed.

I looked at Aldon in confusion as I knew his story was completely fake.

"Oh yeah that's right. Terrible terrible fall." Kendall continued.

I gave Kendall the same look before looking down at the bandage. I began to unwrap it to see what the real thing was. When I finished unwrapping it, I revealed a big bite mark - a mark obviously made by the teeth of a wolf. The mark was bloody and had puslike liquid coming from it.

"What the hell!" I yelled.

"Oh my good that sword was really rachet." Aldon joked.

Kendall and I looked at Aldon in disgust then I said,

"Kendall the truth." I commanded.

Kendall sighed then confessed.

"Fine, Dave......bit you." Kendall confessed.

"What!" I yelled clenching my fists but immediately opening them back as I began to feel pain. I moaned in pain then said,

"How could I let this happen." Then facepalmed myself.

"What's going to happen to you?" Kendall asked.

"Well," Aldon began saying then got up from the bed, "If he doesn't turn into a hybrid, which I highly doubt, he'll just die." Aldon ended as he came to the other side of the bed beside Kendall.
