22 - THEM

It had been a long, long day. 

Finally coming home, late at night, he texted his best friend a thank you. His best friend had gotten the keys to his apartment and taken care of his dog. He was happy to have such nice friends.

Pleased with what happened today he played around with the ring on his index finger and then went on Instagram.

For a second he didn't believe what he saw. 

felixsqueen: why were you at the fanmeeting?

felixsqueen: if you are afraid of losing me why did you ignore me?

felixsqueen: I know you saw me

felixsqueen: I thought we were friends

How was this possible? What had happened? 

When he realized he couldn't see her pictures anymore his heart sunk. Had she blocked him? What had happened? 

Suddenly furious he dialed the number of one of his best friends. 

"JISUNG WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO?"

"Eh? What happened?"

"Y/N SUDDENLY BLOCKED ME AND SAID SHE SAW YOU AT THE FANMEETING AND THAT SHE WAS IGNORED OR SOMETHING! I TOLD YOU TO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE SHE WAS ATTENDING!"

"Wait what? I actually just went there for a few minutes because Changbin was there and he told me to go get him something and bring it to him..."

"DID YOU SEE ANY GIRL THAT LOOKED LIKE HER?"

"Don't kill me but I actually don't really remember how she looked like..."

"SHE HAD HER HAIR IN A FRENCH BRAID AND WORE A DRESS. THE TOP PART WAS BLACK WITH PINK FLOWERS AND THE BOTTOM PART WAS WHITE AND SHE HAD A BLACK BAG AND SHE WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL OF THEM ALL!"

"Dude... actually I think I saw a girl... that waved at me. But I was like... I don't know her so she must have meant someone else..."

"JISUNG THAT MUST HAVE BEEN HER! SHE HATES ME NOW! SHE EVEN BLOCKED ME!"

"Oh shit man I'm so incredibly sorry... did she block your snapchat too? Just maybe try calling her or something?"

" YOU KNOW I CAN'T CALL HER! I DON'T HAVE HER PHONE NUMBER AND SHE'D RECOGNIZE ME RIGHT AWAY!"

"Okay then... I'mma call her? Or text her. On snapchat. Maybe she'll listen... We can try. And if nothing else helps you can also always just text her on your other account. And like meet up with her. She wouldn't deny you anthing..."

"I just don't know... she must be really hurt thinking she got ignored..."
his voice suddenly sounded pressed and Jisung promised to text her on Snapchat. They told each other goodnight.

After sitting on his bed he remembered the letter. Holding back his tears he went to grab it. Everything had went so well but seemed to have shattered in seconds. 

Reading what was written he then started crying. Why hadn't he been honest in the first place? He could have just revealed himself when she asked him, then, none of this would have happened. 

His puppy came to comfort him and this night he surely wasn't the only person crying himself to sleep. 

Exhausted and tried from crying he fell asleep missing the text from Jisung saying that she had blocked him on Snapchat and he couldn't text her anymore. 

How could he fix this now?

She had said that she loved him several times. He had planned how he would reveal himself already. But was that possible now?

He loved her. 

He didn't know it would hurt this much.

But it did.
