         I wake up to a bright light in my eyes and feel something soft under me. I stand up but regret doing so as I feel a sharp pain in my back. I fell on my scythe during the fall and also a patch of rotting yellow flowers. I was beyond confused. How am I not dead? I just fell into Mt. Ebott.

         Oh my god. The legend about an entire civilization of monsters that lives down here is true!?! That can't be right! I heard something of what could be the sound of digging from behind me. I turn around and see what looks like a dirty yellow flower but this time has a face but their face seemed quite horrified and very confused once it saw me.

"What!?! A monster fell down!? B-but I though all monsters were trapped down here!?"

I've never seen someone go through so many emotions all at once, let alone a talking flower.

The flower mumbles something and ask a question directed to me.

"W-who...What are you?"

I don't blame it for asking, I'm mean I could look and sound like a monster with this costume on.

"I am human."

My voice changer sort of malfunction at the 'human' making a sound...'not human.'

          The flower looked terrified and unconvinced none the less. I take off my mask and my hair out so it wasn't just my face showing from all the black clothing I was wearing. The flower seemed impressed and relieved that I was human for some reason. I sit back down next to the flower very interested of it and was being quite rude about it in the process as I stared at. It clears it throat and I stop staring.

"I should introduce myself, I'm Asriel but you can call me Flowey." He says smiling.

"My name is―" You pause.

As much as I would love to tell Flowey my name, I still feel hesitant of giving out my identity. I realized I've waited too long for him to be suspicious.

"Oh dear, that fall must have caused you to forget your name!" Flowey says concerned.

"Just for a few seconds." I say as I play along.

"Well, then what's your name?" Flowey says patiently.

I quickly say the first name I can come up with and roll with it.

"Arie, My name is Arie."

I was surprised how casually I said that. I shouldn't though since lying is my second nature.

"That's a nice name Arie!"

I smile. So this what my life has come to? Do I have to live a lie now? This is going to take some time to getting used to. Before I could ask Flowey anymore questions, we hear other footsteps.

"Quick, put your mask back on and follow me to those broken pile of pillars!" Flowey whispers violently.

          I pull my hair back out of sight and put my mask on as fast as ever and run behind the pile of broken pillars. I peak through a small opening of rubble and see a tall white humanoid goat thing wearing a very torn and dark purple robe with a strange crest symbol on her chest. Their fur looked matted and dirty with a hint of blood on certain spots of them, their eyes yellow and the pupil being red. I see them pick up one of the rotted flowers and take in a big long sniff of it's scent and sigh...

"Human."

         I could tell that the goat person was a women after she spoke. She gave me goosebumps the way she drew out the word 'human'. It's if she has always wanted to say that word for a very long time. She turns her head to my direction, I quickly duck and look at Flowey. He can see the fear in my eyes and the rest of my face just through the goggles of my mask. He lifts up a leaf-like arm to his mouth signaling to stay quiet.

                                                    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
          The goat lady leaves after some time and I sigh in relief and stand up to let the blood flow through my legs after being too scared to move for what felt like and hour.
"Who in god's name was that!?!" I finally ask.
"That was Queen Toriel. Well, former queen." He adds.
"Queen or not, why did she sound so...happy when she said 'human'?"
         Flowey looked really uncomfortable talking to me has I was standing above him making my shadow cover him. I acknowledged this and sat back down and change my tone of voice.
"Please tell me Flowey, Are all monsters like this down here?" I say concerned.
He sighs and looks at me with a face of bitter truth.
"Yes, some monster are just like Toriel."
"What are the others like if there are some monsters like her?"
He gulps and looks around and whispers.
"You don't want to know."
