You follow Undyne to her house that was oddly shaped like a fish head as the two windows and door made it's eyes and mouth. She sets your chalkboard down and opens the door. You walk in and see a grand piano in the corner of the kitchen and a table with only one chair.
"Sit down and i'll make you some tea, punk."
Luckily you bring a straw wherever you go now so you wouldn't get into the awkward situation of having to explain of why you can't take your mask off when you eat or drink.
You sit down at the table and saw a big sword leaning against the table that was almost as tall as you. Undyne goes through another door and comes back out without her armor on, she was wearing a Torn black tank-top that showed her well built arms and had on a pair of worn jeans and boots.
"I was out practicing my aim with my spear a while ago, but I didn't expect to see you around here. By the way, what are you doing out here carrying an old school chalk board around?" She asks.
"I needed something bigger to write on." I say nervously.
She turns around to the sink still listening as she pulls out a kettle and fills it with water.
"And why do you need something bigger to write on?"
You gulped and frantically thought up a reasonable excuse.
"I need it to draw out new weapon designs to make sure that the measurements are exact when I make them." I say.
She turns and gives you the same look that Papyrus gave you when you first told him that you make weapons.
"You make weapons!?!" She says completely amazed.
"Y-yeah." I say looking away embarrassed.
"That's fucking awesome man! What's your name by the way?" She asks still intrigued.
"My name's Arie...It's short for Aries the god of war." I say remembering that fact that Grillby told me when we first met.
"Your name is short for the god of war and you make weapons!?! I take it that you made that one that's on your back?" She says pointing to your scythe.
"Yeah I made this." I say modestly.
She quickly turns on the stove and sets kettle down above the flame and turns to you excitedly.
"Can I see it, your weapon."
"Sure here you go, but be careful it's kind of sharp."
You place it in her hands as she feels the handle a looks at the dusty blade.
"Wow! This is such a cool..."
You knew she didn't know the name and saved her the embarrassment of guessing.
"It's called a scythe, in ancient times on the surface it was symbolized as a tool of death and supposedly harvested human souls."
"This thing can take human souls?!"
You realized what you had just said about human souls and forgot that you were thinking of a completely different human soul and more of spirits/ghosts.
"It doesn't actually take human souls, it was just symbolic." I say feeling myself break into a cold sweat.
She looked a little disappointed but that faded quickly when she carefully swung your scythe.
"This is a pretty interesting weapon you've got. It's too bad that monsters don't use them as much besides making them with their magic." She says handing you your scythe back.
