It was cold, dark and the air reeked of rot, your bare skin exposed to the musty atmosphere as you tried to move. You struggled and could feel the scratchy leather restraints that kept you in place while lying on your back. Your surrounding's was too dark to tell if your eyes were even opened or not while you were still trying to gain your train of thought. Memories were suddenly flooding back as your breath began to quicken once you remembered what had just happened. You remember Sans and how Undyne had stabbed straight through his skull and left Papyrus an emotional wreck. You knew it was true but you didn't want to believe it―Sans was dead.

You couldn't tell how long it had been since you woke up and started to cry silently to yourself about Sans and Papyrus and how much you're going to miss them. Your face was soaked with tears that you were unable to wipe but you didn't care, you had already lost everything and everyone you loved.

There was subtle sound of humming coming from all direction in the void-like room that seemed to be the only thing that comforted you. A part of you was convinced that you're already dead and this was the afterlife: black, cold, and empty. You were starting to accept your fate of being stuck in this state forever but you were suddenly blinded by the eye piercing white light. You quickly closed your eyes in pain as the light still shown through your closed eyelids, creating a bright red color. The light was still blinding you and could hear shuffling of feet and quiet muttering as you heard the intruder writing something and began to walk towards you. The blinding light was now the least of your worries as your heart beat quickened and began to fidget in your restraints.

"Aw, is someone nervous for their daily check-up?" The intruder giggled.

You flinched as you heard the sound of rusty metal screeching directly above you as the  light  of an old looking medical lamp was moved out of your sight which you now regret being removed. The room was a lab filled with medical-looking machines, beakers of many chemicals, trays of tools that looked too painful to look at, and last but not least: splatters of dried blood stained on the walls and floor. You never thought you would miss the dark until now as you looked around wide-eyed and began to panic. You see the yellow dinosaur monster from before that you thought was the intruder a few seconds ago who was now giggling at your reaction and wrote something down on her clipboard.

"There's nothing to be scared of my little subject, you are merely looking at the finest technology of this world, including the one that you came from." The yellow dinosaur says proudly.

"W-who are you?" I say in a shaky voice.

"My name is Alphys, Dr. Alphys ―but you can call me "The Dr." if you want...I love that show. You've seen it, right? Oh I just lllloove human shows, i'd do anything to be the Dr.'s assistant~" She crazed.

You could tell that Alphys here was obviously missing more than just a few marbles, which was starting to scare you even more of what her intentions are with you. Alphys' had stopped fangirling about t.v. shows and anime as a look of insanity lit up in her eyes that were hiding behind her swirl patterned glasses. A sharp toothy grin began to appear on her face as she walked with a slight bounce to her step and began humming a tune that was most likely from an anime. She walked around the room and gathered items from different drawers as she placed them on a shiny metal tray, and would glance over to make sure you couldn't see what she was carrying. She set the tray down on a portable table next to you and watched in glee as you fought around in your leather restraints more than ever. There were bone saws, scalpels of multiples sizes, there were pliers that looked big enough to cut your fingers off, and needles that came in unfathomable lengths.
