Natsu's black eyes were focused on the big clock in the middle of Magnolia train station. The small ticking sound was heard by his sensitive ears people walked passed him.

His eyebrow twitched. They were probably gonna be late. Like really late. Natsu let out a couple of not so prince like curses as he stood at the platform. He did not like this mission, and he certainly did not like having to work with his fellow guild members.
At exactly 08:00 he spotted someone with h/c-hair slowly approaching him. However, the sound of dragging footsteps reached his ears long before he could spot her.
Natsu gave Y/n a small smile and they exchanged a couple of words about the mission. Hardly enough to be considered a conversation, but enough to express thoughts and opinions. Once again, the almost irritating ticking caught his attention again, and as he looked up at the ticking time device, Natsu lost the minuscule smile he didn't know he had.
08:08
"They're late" He deadpanned, body language clearly displaying his dislike for the companions he had yet to work with.
"I'm sure they'll show up. We can't leave without them, or... I don't want to leave without them," Y/n said, mumbling the last part. If she weren't told that his job was on an S-class level she would mostly be fine, but since it was, the h/c-haired teen couldn't incredibly anxious.
After waiting a few more minutes they finally heard some distinct, yet familiar voices.
"I bet he and Y/n won't even show up" They heard Gray say to his companions, making one of them look down with her fists clenched.
"Don't say that. I can smell them, so they're already there. Even though Y/n might be a little scared to go on this mission, she'll still come." The blue-haired dragon slayer stated, and true to her words the group could already see them as they turned around the corner.
"Yes, you are right. Me and Y/n are never late, but I can't say the same thing for you," Natsu said impassively looking at the group he'd have to work with.
"We're not late, there are whole 5 minutes until the train leaves," Gray said, waving his arm in a dismissive gesture. "Besides, where is Erza?" The ice mage scanned the crowd, looking for the scarlet haired mage.
"We haven't seen her, but if we have to wait any longer we might have to leave without her." Y/n said in a quiet tone as she walked a little closer to Natsu.
A few minutes after they saw a large mountain of stuff moving towards them.
"I'm sorry I'm late. Hit me." Erza said bowing. Lucy looked at the scarlet-haired girl in confusion, before switching to Happy who shrugged.
"It's okay. We just arrived here ourselves." Wendy said waving her hands in a slightly panicked manner, as Gray sweatdropped at her masochistic behavior.
"Oh... Then I guess I can forgive my self." The scarlet mage said as she went back to her normal composed self. "Well, since we're all here let's do on the train."
"Train?" Y/n and Natsu muttered out as their skin paled a little at the thought of the moving vehicle.
"Hahahaha. You're still afraid of vehicles. The great Akuma and Tenshi are scared of moving vehicles."Gray said tauntingly but stopped when his face came in contact with Natsu's fist.
"I'm not afraid of them. I just don't like them." Natsu stated indifferently as always.
"I just don't want to have the feeling of throwing up every fifth second." Y/n said, shivering at the mere thought of it.
