Black Dragon's Prince (Natsu x Reader)

Part 9 (The chase)

"How is killing thousands of innocent people gonna justify anything?!" Gray shouted outraged at the so-called Shinigami in front of him.

"Gray, quiet down," Natsu said impassively to the ice-mage. Really shouting really loud wasn't gonna solve anything.

"How can you be so calm!? They're planning on killing thousands of innocent people!" Natsu sent the red-haired mage an unimpressed stare. He had ears, very good ones in fact, so he did know what the "reaper" wanted.

"They only said that they were going to do, but who said that they would succeed?" Y/n said with a small smile on her face.

'Looks like she's finally getting better.' Wendy thought as she looked at the older girl. In truth, she had been slightly worried, trauma wasn't something to laugh at.

Erza looked at the two dragon slayers and said: "You're right," before turning around towards the floating man.

"I'm sorry I can't stay here and chat with you any longer. You know places to go, things to do, and people to kill!" Erigor said shouting the last words as he left out of a broken window.

"Y/n, Natsu, Gray! Go after him!" Erza commanded the three mages while she blocked an attack by some random dude that appeared out of nowhere.

"Don't tell me what to do," Natsu said quietly, but loud enough for everyone to hear. "You're lucky I planned on doing, or else..." He finished with a warning tone before he left.

"Don't worry Erza. It's just how he is." Y/n said putting a comforting hand on the scarlet mage's shoulder. Not everyone could distinguish Natsu from when he was caring and when he was "cold."

"Wendy and Lucy! You'll help me!" Erza said loud.

"Right!" They both said.

'I don't have so much energy left after the car ride so I guess I'll have to take them down with one strike.' Erza thought as she scanned the room.

"Requip! Heaven's Wheel Armor!" The scarlet-mage shouted as her body disappeared in a golden light. When the light dimmed down she wore a valkyrie-like outfit with several swords flying in a circle around her whole body.

"Dance, my blades," She said as she stretched out an arm towards the Eisenwald members. Soon after the command left her tongue the swords headed straight for all the members. When she was done only a few members were left.

"Woah! What kind of magic is that?!" Lucy asked in wonder.

"That's Requip magic! It allows the user to swap out weapons and sometimes even armors from other places." Happy said in a matter of factly tone.

"That's what makes Erza special because she is one of the few that can swap armors," Carla said.

Not soon after Lucy heard someone shout.

"Sky Dragon's Roar!"

As Lucy turned her head she jumped in surprise.

"What on earth is that!?" She asked, eyes fixated on the light green beam coming out of Wendy's mouth.

"That's dragon slayer magic. You might have heard it because Y/n and Natsu has the same type." Happy said to the already shooked girl.

After standing there speechless for a few seconds, Lucy decided that she should do something too, even though there only were five men left.

"Open the gate of the giant crab! Cancer!"

Out of the light stepped a black and red-haired man with red crab legs out of his back.
